Well the truth is that over 80% of Nairalanders are mostly active in this section. Mind you, I have been using Nairaland since 2012. So I stand to be corrected.

There is a wise saying that goes like this " To know the road ahead, ask those coming back*. Also there is another one which says *Make hay while the sun shines*.


I am currently in my 400 level and I intend to study abroad by means of schorlaship. I am currently on a CGPA above 4.0 (under a 5.0 scale) after my 300 level (meaning that I still have 4 semesters to go). I may make a first-class or may be a strong 2:1. But whichever the case, I know for sure that by God's grace, I am coming out with a very good result.


I intend doing my Masters abroad after my first degree, but I am lost. I don't know where to start from. I want to make hay while the sun shines, and also, I want to know how to go about it.
Those who have gone this road I am about to take should please give me a detailed steps on how to secure a fully funded Scholarship abroad. I would really appreciate.


Mind you, I have MCGILL on my mind, and I intend studying Bioesources Engineering or any related course.

You should visit the test platform by clicking on the link that will be sent to your mail box.

Before 6:00pm, you wont be given access.
After 6:07 pm, you also can't gain access because access to the test would have expired.

Whenever you choose start the test (between the 6:00pm and 6:07pm time frame), you will still have 35 minutes to complete the test. However, I will advise that you start immediately it is 6:00pm.

The mail containing the link to the online test will be sent much earlier than the time for the test. We'll start sending the mail from 2:00pm on the test day.

Modern Christianity
People ask why is there nothing like love among neighbours as it was in the past.Well,the answer is not far fetched.
Take your mind back to those past days.Remember something??
Ok in case you don't, I'll remind you.




Back then there was nothing like church fanaticism, church segregation or whatever you may wish to call it.In those days,I remember children from my neighborhood come around to my house and my mother will serve them food to eat,and the parents of these children on hearing these would be so grateful to my mother.



Some days,in fact every Sunday,these children will come to my house and and spend almost the whole day watching movies and of course will not have any thirst of hunger as my mother would be there to make sure they enjoy themselves.Later on in the day,there mothers would come one by one with happiness to take back there children home.



Also,in those days,no body really cared if you go to one church or the other,or maybe not at all.Since you will return back to wherever you're coming from and will say hi or hello(I.e greeting) with a smile on your face to any person you see in the neighborhood;and you wouldn't scare us at night or disturb the neighborhood with your prayers,then everything is really fine or was really fine I would say.



In those days when the pastor won't tell you that your mother is the cause of your problem,or it is your neighbour that is killing you and your family,or that you should not greet anybody on your way home after the crusade or service,that the people person may steel your blessings.Those days when the pastor wont advise you not to tell your husband about a problem,that he is the cause of it; those days when the pastor won't tell you not to allow a particular child into your home,or maybe tell you that the child
is a witch.



Those day when no pastor will tell you to not talk or greet your neighbour since they don't attend the same church with you and that since they don't attend the same church with you,they are sinners.Those days when your pastor won't preach hate about other churches and other religion or tell you to always exclude your self from the others.
I wish I can say more,but it my breaks my heart to try remember the good old days.Well what then can I say??



I remembered an incident that occurred about a year ago and may God bear me witness.
There was a day a house in my neighbourhood was on fire.So I ran towards that direction to see if perhaps I may be of help.Lo and behold,the whole house has been razed down to its foundation by fire.I looked around and saw a young man crying bitterly with a loud voice saying *I was here some moments ago,I only went to get something but now am back here but this place is no more.My documents, my money,everything I have is all gone.Oh God* .I really felt for him.But then,they were so many human voices crying.O man! Seeing them cry was much more painful than I thought.After spending almost an hour there,I couldn't bear it anymore and so I decided to go back home.After covering a little distance away from that scene,I noticed a gathering of people who were dressed like members of particular church(I won't mention the name of the church).So I stopped to hear what they were saying.It was at night tho,but I could identify one or two in that group.one of them is a neighbour in my compound and the other was just too familiar but I just couldn't remember how or where I know her.I could hear one telling the others *Can you see how faithful our God is,he did not allow our members house to be touched by fire even tho it is the closest to the house that was razed by fire!Let us praise God for he loves us* so they started shouting praise to God.
When I heard this statement I was mad,I looked at them and shook my head in disappointment.I believe you know why I was disappointed.



Fast forward to these days,a whole lot has changed.Religio
n has divided us all.The peaceful society we once had has become a land of blood,hate,malice and bitterness all because of religion (in my neighborhood I won't call it religion but modern Christianity because all of us are Christians).All can be traced down to religion or let me simply put,Modern Christianity .



No wonder I hear of some advanced countries burning bibles,or placing a ban on churches or mosques.It is not that they don't serve God like the individuals in those churches or mosques,or maybe they don't like serving God too.But because they feel that there are individuals in those churches that are bad eggs and if given a chance,they will like make every other members of the church and ultimately their society become bad,foolish,hypocrites,and much more.In fact they could sense the impact of those bad eggs,that is why they burn the churches,or ban them.


In my neighbourhood these days,in fact these morning,I heard from my window two children both Christians arguing.They were both using abusive words in castigating their respective churches saying your church is this,your church is that.I sighed and wonder what I our society will become in years to come.Or what Christianity will become in years to come.



God knows if I have that kind of power,I will ban so many churches I.e if not all.You can practice your religion in your closet.Just don't disturb people with your religion and make sure you don't preach hate or castigate others.And at anytime you come out in the open to show any form of practice, you'll be sentenced to life imprisonment. There won't be a public journal about any church outside any church building.
your bilble should be opened inside your church or inside your closet.When praying,you must not shout to disturb others in anyway at all.No public evangelism(After all Jesus sent the disciples telling them to go to peoples house,knock on their door and if they refuse to let you,dust the sand in your footware and go.Its not by force.Jesus Christ knows that it is not by force).Special squad will be assigned to every church to detect any preaching about hate,castigation or extortion.Already developed Big Churches will declare the total cash made from tithes publicly so that a percentage of it will go to charity in an open operation for everyone to see.


I believe if I can do all these,my neighborhood may return back to its old form or even better.But if it doesn't, then I pray that the lord should come and take his own children.

The problem is obviously your battery, however try discharge the battery to zero percent and charge it while on to 100

it still the same even after that.it simply stops at 23%

but a factory reset will make me loose all my Internal data of which I use (16 GIGROM)

OK.The problem is that it doesn't charge up to 100% anymore ever since the first week/weeks I got it.
It maintained at most 85% percent even if I continually charging it morning till night.It got to a point where it charges highest 75% and then down to 65% and then 45% and worse of it now as am typing this is 23%.Am so confused and frustrated.Even tho I changed the initial charger to a new one(the both are not GIONEE CHARGERS)
