Happy with the development. If Dangote refinery kick start next month and the PH refinery also restart same next month then we can say that our hope is actually renewed.

The reason is that we have crude oil deposit here in this country and have been suffering because we don't refine in this country therefore we kept on importing refined oil.
Now Dangote has finally come to the rescue by building a Big refinery and now the refinery is importing crude from US and Brazil? May God help us as a country

Talking from the POV of a civil Engineer, if it's a 3 bedroom ensuite then 12M is okay to finish it . If it's a 4bedroom Ensuite , then budget #12-#15M That guy quoting #30Million that's current minimum cost to build a 4bedroom duplex in Nigeria if he's spending up to 25-30m , then maybe he's gonna be doing very expensive finishing
