TLona1: Lol
You still want a 33 year old player who drops deeps most times to create chances to keep scoring ruthlessly? Well, I understand.
It's the GOAT I blame. The standard he set for himself is too high.
You saw that pass that led to Dembele's goal? Ronaldo can NEVER EVER give such pass. He'd rather sleep in the box waiting for such pass. What about the pass to Alba in the classico? |

GoddyOra: Hope you know that Ronaldo is the one at the top of the assist ranks. Ronaldo leads, Messi follows for now in UCL goals and assists. Hopefully it stays that way for years. Of course he should. He has played 26 more games. |

Moura7: He actually did bro, he was once in a great position to curl it home with his left foot but he passed instead. I think the point the dude is trying to make is that sometimes our players are in a nice position to score or shoot but instead pass the ball to Messi who might even be in a tighter spot. Sometimes they even ignore passing to players in a better position to score. I'd love to see that he had a good sight at goal but decided to pass. I believe we all know what a good sight at goal is; not the one that there is a marker before him and we are calling it great position. Dembele of all people! Please help me check and tell me the minute, Let me shut up. |

1. How can people who are bold enough to protest against Buhari be so scared to come out and report that their friends and family were massacred?.
2. There is no way that people like FFK, Reno, Dan Nwachuku, Secondus, Kola Olabodiyan and co. who despise Buhari and this government wouldn't take it upon themselves investigate and bring out the identities of those massacred.
3. Nobody is asking their friends and families to come out and confront the government. But at least come out and ask for the corpses of your loved ones in order to give them a befitting burial na. Abi are they scared of that too? |

jonsnow92: I actually dont agree we have other guys who can shoot except Dembele and on a lot of occasions he kept looking for ways to pass to Messi. The confidence level would rise as the season goes by because we seriously need to stop the Pass to Messi tactics. And Yes Jordi Alba is a bum. I said 'a lot of guys who can score' not who can shoot. As for the bolded; You guys should stop saying this Abeg. Messi himself is always looking for whom to pass to and he actually does. If others are looking for him to pass to, what is wrong with that? Are we getting to a point where we don't want anybody to look for Messi and pass to him? This talk has become a bad cliche. And we know that is how Messi loves to play in tight space. Let's be fair, I didn't see any time Dembele had a clear sight to shoot at goal and was looking for Messi. All the times he looked for Messi or anybody was because he couldn't get a clear shot off. Prove me wrong and let's see the minute he did that. Still nobody passes more than Messi; and they do the same to him we should chill. |

Baddestguyp: I'm still yet to be impressed sha...this Juve team was so poor...they played worse than a league two team today... I was talking about Barca before ..but now I can firmly say this Juve is finished...
While there are some positives in this game...there are also many negatives we shouldn't ignore... 1. Our finishing is very poor 2. Our midfield is not creating chances 3. The passing from midfield to attackers who make runs is still missing...almost as if our midfielders do not spot these runs at all 4. Our defence is another major problem...Morata easily got a hattrick of close offsides...a better forward would have timed his run better and easily scored those goals...what exactly is the problem with the defence...
Finally I should celebrate for the night but I can't help thinking about how we will compete with Europe's best...cos to me it's obvious that we are no where...if we played Bayern right now... we'll still chop that 8-2
*Modified... Let's see how we will perform in our first game against a good side after the bartomeu saga... Cos I can confidently say this Juve shouldn't be counted as a major test You have made some valid points but this is basically a team in progress and we have no choice but to be optimistic. But why is the defence always made a scapegoat? Well I think I know. Football is a game in which an attacker can miss 3 chances our out of 5 and be hailed and worshipped for scoring from 2 chances and missing 3. But even if a defender clears 4 chances and misses one which leads to a goal, he gets castigated. |

DissTroy: Complete hogwash! Bartomeu is responsible for bringing shitty, un-Barca-like players like Rakitic and spent farm horses like Arda Turan, Paulinho and the likes to Barça as replacement for the likes of Xavi, Iniesta, Alves and more.
Bartomeu is responsible for appointing coaches who do not adhere to the tiki taka philosophy like Enrique, Valverde and Setien, while almost completely leaving out Barça academy players with no option to phase them into the first team.
Bartomeu is responsible for shelling out hundreds of millions to buy just about any player he fancied while selling out key squad players for peanuts.
Messi would still command humongous wages in any team as evidenced by PSG, Man. City and Man. United being willing to foot the bills when there was a seeming opening for Messi to leave Barcelona.
Messi has throughout Bartomeu's infamous dictatorial mishap you call "presidency" been responsible for singlehandedly winning Barcelona more points and games and trophies than all of the spent mules he spent millions buying. Messi has had to churn out mesmerizing displays just to score more goals because the defense was getting more penetrations than the wenches at Allen Avenue. Messi has, in spite of Bartomeu Jong Un, won more individual awards in that period than any other footballer in Europe's top leagues because he has been outstanding. Messi has continually razed the scoring charts in that period than any other footballer you can think of, including assists and ranks high on take-on charts.
Stick to adulating the footballing Michael Phelps your moniker pays homage. Football is not water sports. That meathead Neymar1095 always comments like he's met Messi before and he's got something personal with him. He acts like Messi turned down his offer to let him eat Messi. |

Audio to Martinez Munuera after Lenglet's shirt-pull: Ramos grabs the shirt first! ghanasoccernet.com Oct 26, 2020 8:28 PM
Audio to Martinez Munuera after Lenglet's shirt-pull: Ramos grabs the shirt first! This latest Clasico feels never ending. The controversy surrounding the penalty that was awarded to Real Madrid is still being discussed, with this being the moment that allowed Los Blancos to take a 2-1 lead against Barcelona.
Before pointing to the spot, referee Juan Martinez Munuera decided to stop and wait to see what VAR had to say to him. Eventually, he went to the monitor and saw that Clement Lenglet was grabbing Sergio Ramos' shirt, which caused him to whistle for a penalty.
Now, however, Deportes Cuatro have released audio in which you can hear the linesman offer Martinez Munuera some advice.
"What's more, Ramos grabs the shirt [of Lenglet] first," was said.
According to Deportes Cuatro, Barcelona are going to ask for the recordings from the VOR (video operation room) to find out what the conversation between the referee and his linesman was. |
