Nobody should fall for these tricks. Scammers are everywhere now devising means of scamming people. We need to be careful when some expensive or valuable goods are offered at a very cheap unbelievable prices.

@op i think you fell for MTN's marketing 'sweet-mouth.' I've learnt never to trust any promo from MTN except i confirm what they say is true from those who've really tried it. Solution: get the cards if you must connect those systems.

It depends on the individual and the environment you find yourself. I use to prefer reading from hard copy but i use the screen nowadays because computer and power is always available in the office here. The screen seems more convenient for me but it may not be convenient for someone else-it depends on the individual and the environment you are in.

ebila: Sorry to say this,but that's an ignorant answer.You can recover files from a formatted harddrive using some specialized software,e.g Recuva.Recovery,however,might not be 100%,but you can recover up to 70-80%.I do it a lot.

I 've been told that several times, tried those software only to waste my time. @op try the software, you may be lucky.

Google chrome is the last browser i will ever use. It makes web pages look so different and unorganised. Firefox and IE browsers are okay for me.

Like others have said, you need to understand the aspect of computer science you have passion for before going for certification. Many graduates make the mistake of just taking certification exams without having passion for the course. Certification is not very useful if it's not backed up with the required skill.

@op i don't think fortran is still useful, it is an old and obsolete program. I still wonder why our tertiary institutions still teach it anyway.

Changing from glo to visafone MAY not solve the problem. From my experience, the network modems each have their uptime and downtime. It's glo today, visafone may begin it's own problem as soon as you get it. For me, glo remains one of the best (in my area anyway).

You don't create the live CD. It is the CD with which you installed the operating system initially. Hope you've not misplace it.

sometime ago, a supposedly demented Christian lady entered a mosque inside the University of Ibadan during muslim prayers and started shouting Christian stuff deliberately aimed at irking the worshippers therein.

The worshippers were angry no doubt, but the lady escaped unhurt, there were almost no protests and no one was killed neither was any property destroyed.
