bellong: The bolded is your first mistake. Your account was flagged after the declined transaction. You shouldn't have tried a transaction for which you had insufficient funds, its a red flag for fraud. In addition, it was your first transaction and it came with a problem. Your account was monitored for subsequent transactions which led to this current problem.fantastic analysis of the op problem. I have been pondering on what the op actually did wrong and I think u are the first person tto point it out straight. |
babseg: Let me tell you about ebay policy in UK.good I think u are clarifying things in a simpler way for ppl to understand .thanks for this . Points number 1 and 2. Are ok. But the third point is murky and that is my question initially, what happens if this supposed trust worthy seller decides to play smart just because the buyer is from nigeria ,will ebay side the seller again because of his ratings or look at the facts? |
babseg: I guessed you just made a mistake. You should be contacting ebay to release your fund. DO NOT ESCALATE IT YET . if u do it might favour the seller and your money is gone. Had it been your account in not Nigeria then its a good decision to open up a case.why will ebay support or side a seller that has collected money and yet refused to send the item? I just don't understand |
Gradually the reconciliation process initiated by gej is having the desired effect, pdp is now stronger than it was last year |
drakeskull: Guys, I just took the decision to open a dispute which i just did. I'm gonna escalate the claim if the seller doesn't respond or fails to deliver by 19th or 20th. Keeping my fingers crossed. I also replied the suspension mail asking for the exact reason i was suspended and proper verification of the issue cos it seems someone out there isn't doing his / her job rightly.better |
I must confess all ebay sellers on this thread are contradicting themselves. Doesn't ebay have a definite policy about how and when they release money to the seller?whatt is ebay or paypal policy about how sellers are paid? If ebay doesn't have a definite plan and policy like amazon then that means one has to be extra cautious when dealing with them |
mayorall: Thanks for the other time boss. We ve made progress sir. You are indeed a blessing to us. God bless youoga mi , how far nau?u didn't even get in touch. Ok please let's know more about it .has the company started? You are on ur way to the top bro. Just believe in urself and I and my team are always ready if u need our assistance anytime. God bless u bro |
Soteriahascome: Am quitting uba master card menhh. Paying 168.3 is too ridiculous... To me, the best is Fidelity Visa Card at 163 though not the cheapest...I dontt think it is about the card but the site. Anyway good luck |
dsunmade: I think it depends on the ratings of the seller and it also takes some time for the money to clear. How long? I don't know.so what happens if a seller with high ratings ,collects the money because ebay trust him and tthen refuses to send the item?how will paypal or ebay reimburse the buyer? |
dsunmade: I had a similar issue recently. Before I buy any item, I always make sure the seller has high ratings. If the seller has low ratings, I ask trick questions and verify the answers he gives. For example, I tell him to take additional pictures, upload and I verify the EXIF data.I must confess I am learning some new things here which are entirely strange to me . I think one question needs to be cleared her and the question is ,when a transaction is made on ebay through paypal ,does tthe seller receives the money instantly or not? that is the main crux of the matter now. |
fr3do: Why cant one be warned of anomalies in their account like dissimilar addresses before hand?amazon is the best, and they have a fantastic customer care service . I always tell ppl that they should try and look at many other sites better than ebay. Although the op case sounds murky somehow but I know with luck he will get his money back. |
OneNaira6: Yes they are..no difference between the two in terms of politics. In terms how desperate each is to get power then yeah, that when they are miles apart.tthe difference is there and the only similarity which they have is they are filled with politicians . Let me explain ,you see all nigeria politicians are crooks and thieves NOT one is honest this is irrespective of which party they belong to, but whenever pdp is in goverment they always allow ppl I mean the masses to have their way or should I say they don't disturb them much all in the name of carrying out developmental projects, but apc will be looting the treasury and yet they will keep demolishing and destroying ppl livelihood and spend lavishly with the pretence that all is for the good of the people. This is what has been happening in the south west. apc People came out after ekitti election to lambast ekiti indigenes that they allowed their stomach to rule their brains but the quuestion I ask ppl is didn't fayemi and apc too share rice and money to ppl in order to entice them?fayose accepted the fact that he shared rice and said it is all part of politicking. |
OneNaira6: This is just hilarious to me.yorubas never rejected pdp but they rejected pdp candidates then. There is a difference . And apc and pdp aren't the same thing they are miles apart |
Rexyl: There are alternatives... Accord Party, Labour Party and APGA are warming up.labour and accord all belong to pdp . They are like brothers, look at them very well |
Op,don't worry u will get ur money back and all will be well. |
SeaGold: I have said it time and time again on here that Tinubu is no fool but a master political strategist. Tinubu can never support the northern to power.so now tinubu is delibrately making sure that apc lose in all the south west states ?is that they are now saying? Whjch means apc knows that pdp will win all the other states? Bros I don't think ur assertions and assumptions are correct. Don't let tyinubu fool you. He is losing and his so called political castle is crumbling faster than he can control it |
DMilanista: source ain't credible. Did u also hear dat Osoba planned dumping APC for SDP which he later denied and said he'll remain in APC bt 'll give Amosun a tough time.in politics the end justifies the means .just watch |
SeaGold: Nobody should complain. Its time for serious politicking.gej is teaching small boy tinubuu and his friends the game. It is time for ttinubu to sit down with short knickers and learn from gej the master |
SeaGold: Nobody should complain. Its time for serious politicking.pdp is teaching apc the game |
juman: Those apc guys are not behaving as capable alternative at the center to failed pdp.nasarawa gov too is going very soon. www.nairaland.com/1812355/breaking-nasarawa-lawmakers-serves-gov |
gidjah: MORE STILL COMING....,And the beat goes On!oyo state is next |
For Governor Ibikunle Amosun of Ogun State, getting the support of the leaders of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in 2015 to contest as the governorship candidate of the party might be a tall dream going by the scenario that played itself out in the state recently. It is a known fact that there are two major factions in Ogun APC namely; Amosun Camp, which is loyal to the Governor, and Osoba Camp, which is loyal to former governor Olusegun Osoba, and reports have it that the two camps have been trying to outplay each other in the countdown to 2015 elections. According to those close to the Governor and the party in the state, Governor Amosun had handled the recently held state party registration and party congress with levity, and this is said to have been his albatross. We were reliably informed that loyalists of former governor Olusegun Osoba, led by Aare Remilekun Bakare mobilized people to register for the party and that he personally spent a whopping N87 Million to ensure that Osoba’s Camp has more members in the party and won more seats in the state congress. Bakare reportedly went to the secretariat of the APC in Abuja with documents of the registration to show that Osoba’s Camp was able to mobilize more people for registration than Amosun’s camp. The party leadership, we learned, was happy with the strides made by the camp and gave Bakare a path on the back for the feat. Sources revealed that Governor Amosun did not take it seriously, when his supporters told him on the phone, while he was away from the country, that Osoba’s Camp was gaining more grounds in the party than his camp. He was said to have told them that the whole thing would be sorted out, when he comes back from his trip. “The deed had been done before he came back and before he realized what was going on, but there was nothing he could than to run to Abuja to meet with the leaders of the party on the issue. When he got to Abuja, a top leader of the party, and former minister of the Federal Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Malam Nasir El-Rufai told him that the state congress could not be reversed and that he was careless as a sitting Governor to have allowed another camp to take over from him. The Governor felt bad about this as the interim Chairman of the Party, Chief Bisi Akande agreed that he was careless,” said our source. The source said further that Amosun went to Lagos to meet a National Leader of the party, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, who also told him to accept the defeat. The Governor reportedly went to meet Governor Babatunde Raji Fashola of Lagos, who later spoke to Asiwaju Tinubu on the issue and Tinubu was said to have promised to do something on the matter before the national convention of the party later in the year. The game plan now, according to another reliable source, is that Amosun’s Deputy, Prince Segun Adesegun might be asked to step down in 2015 if the incumbent Governor is eventually given a second term, to pave way for a candidate from the camp of Chief Osoba. Adesegun, who is actually a product of Osobs’s camp, reportedly fell out with the camp, when he decided to pitch tent with the camp of Governor Amosun. It was also revealed that Governor Amosun might move to Accord Party or any other party if the APC fails to field him for re-election in 2015, but that he is still banking on the fact that Tinubu would talk to Chief Osoba and his supporters to allow him go for a second term of office. Few days ago, Osoba declared there was no more opportunity for him to give Amosun another and from what we reliably gathered, the Governor is doing everything possible to let Osoba know that he is presently in charge of the state. Aproko247 has learnt that Amosun is allegedly moving to frustrate Osoba by carrying out some actions to show his superiority in Ogun State as the sitting Governor. But a source informed our reporter that leaders of the party at the national level are making some moves to make sure both camps reconcile ahead of the 2015 general elections. “APC will not give any loophole for the PDP (Peoples’ Democratic Party) or the Labour Party to take over the state in 2015,” a source informed Aproko247. For now, all hands are crossed as to where the pendulum will swing to. -Culled from Aproko247 |
DMilanista: lie!!! Osoba faction has taken over d party machinery? Bro, talk anoda thing. Or is it not d same Osoba dat was aggrieved dat Amosun carpeted all positions at d ward, local and state congress and swore to fight Amosun to d finish cos of dat. Besides, Osoba has long lost relevance in Ogun state. D only threat to Amosun in Ogun are d LP boys.www.theoctopusnews.com/gov-ibikunle-amosun-loses-control-of-ogun-apc-eyes-accord-party/ |
freshness2020: Dead noise makers!!!while they were busy making noise and shouting all over ,gej was planning and scheming. They kept calling him clueless but now ttinubu has been left clueless, they don't even know how to stop the free fall of apc. I have always said it apc will still drop one or 2 more states in the south west |
simplynola: Fools, all those agberos that call themselves lawmakers, no principle, no discipline. All they know is how to share money, nothing tangible they can lay hands on that they've done for their constituencies. The governor is there trying to bring about development and investment to the state but because they are not getting to chop from the lean state funds with their grandmaster Osoba the thief that can never account for any good thing he did when he was governor throughout the military and civilian era. Thats why Nigeria is going backward everyday. Foolish people altogether.you don't know what happened ,now listen carefully.there has been a running battle withing apc between the osoba led faction and amosun led faction . Amosun has been intimidating the osoba faction with thugs and so on, but recently the osoba faction has ttaken over the apc state machinery. And they have vowed nott to make amosun the next governor of ogun state. I believ e the 10 that decamped to pdp are loyalist of amosun so what has been mentioned in hush hush tones for sometime now is finally coming t to reality, amosun is most likely to decamp to pdp anytime from now . All the romance between amosun and obj is yielding fruit. It is a known fact that tinubu will only support his ogboni con fraternity brother osoba .so the coast is clear |
freshness2020: Wait a minute, ♈όϋ said " 10 lawmakers" ?apc was never alive . Believe me. |
Gboliwe: I don't like all this new entrants into PDP! Isn't there another party they can troop to and make a mark?which other party is big enough to accept everyone and make them feel at home like pdp. Whether we like it or not PDP remains the best party to be in and the party to beat. Won't you rather party with us |
Abraham2013: God bless u my broda, plz send dis ur message to rotimi amechi and rochas okorocha cos dere own self go worse pass.amaechi will eventually go back to pdp , rochas is not someone to be taken seriously that is why his case or matter is not even given pdp any sleepless night, rochas will bow to anyone just in order to still afloat in the field of politics. |
CHESSBOARD: This is bullllshit....this gonna make APC lose more credibility, after your governor accepted it was free and fair, andthat the ppl decided, APC bad loserswhat do u expect from Anti People congress, they will always reject the people choice and they only accept tinubu choice as the best. |

he can still survive , all he needs to do is follow Mr president, but the lesson that is been shown now to all politicians is that apc can't help you ,it is now obvious that tinubu, buhari and apc have only been enjoying a larger than life image of themselves. Therefore most serious politicians will think twice before taking any word of assurances from apc or tinubu seriously, knowing fully well that when the chips are down, they will simply neglect you. No wonder fayemi quickly accepted defeat and I know he must have struck an accord with fayose ,apc can go to the tribunal if they like |
topxzy01: Nyako must go.gej can still save him,but he must toe the line and follow the orders of Mr President |
