Quite frankly I think Cou_gar is right. I was opportune to help in soughting out CV's for my company and boy you need to see the amount of 2.2's involved.

Let's even leave that scenario sef. Take a look at the NLNG exams I took in 2008. They asked for 2.1's. Over 18,000 people wrote that test. Do you think its that easy sorting out CV's talkless of marking them? Its not easy my brother. So when people start requesting for First class I won't be surprised.

Its an annoying situation my brother but that's the country we live in. There are millions of capable unemployed people. Even the 1st class people sef are yet to find jobs. God help us all,

Dudes n babes, I received a mail this morning from GE for a test on Friday for Centrifugal Pumps specialist. Anyone dat has info could spread more light on the matter. I didnt apply for this position so I wonder why I have to write it?

105K per month? thats a lie of the devil, straight from the very pit, This is Sperrysun Drilling we are talking about. These guys are the second highest payers after Schlum Anadrill. My brother u too think about this. Ur info or source is false, I have pals working there. So take am easy. Apparently I heard that even though the paper leaked, people still failed alot that many guys no even reach 50% and there are talks of either a second test or reducing the cut-off.

Bokus I don't think you should disturb yourself with that one now. Just see how u can put in you're best for the test and whether your of age or not, u'll be taken. The best brains are needed, I think thats the essence of the test. If u've already been called for the test then don't worry.

My brothers the only pple I know where invited where electrical, mechanical and petroleum engineers (nysc included), Outside this I couldnt spot any other field.

well I believe its gonna be strict cos, they usually giv a number to u, wen u get to the examination centre, u'll have to call it and it will confirm ur name. So the chances of gate crashing are low

I think you should take the approach of not looking back. When u call her as many times as u say u do, it gives off a sense of you being weak. Personally I wrote in PH and I've not yet been called. If you ask me I feel everyone that is meant to do the interview has already been invited. I have a friend who wrote in warri and was call 2wks ago for the interview. If PH guys wer involved, they shud been hav called soon. The guys called from PH must hav been few. Well we cant put our hopes down, lets just be optimistic, even though news reaching me was that our Lagos brothers had seen the questions ahead of time. So its no wonder they seem to be the only one's called for now, However, we shall overcome.

What software in particular do you want to learn. As you know, there are several desing softwares for piping such as PDMS, Caesar 2, PDS, Auto pipe and so on. So which one are you trying to go into. If u stay in ph then we could have a chat and probably give you some guidance.

Guys, pls just because u might hav been invited and need info doesnt mean u have to shut every one up. People have to survive and if gatecrashing is gonna help, why stand in their way. Its not like its taking anything from you. What I think u guys should do is let them know which agent handles the recruitment for halliburton and also give their P.O.BOX. iS THAT TOO MUCH TO ASKED FOR

Besides the Halliburton tests are basically SHL format and watch out for the numerical critical reasoning, its kinda tough.
