Even the so called Nigeria rice are all full of Stones. They never improve on their production yield but can enforced total shut down on our land borders. The rate of appendicitis symptoms will increased tremendously in our various hospitals for this stones and tares in the rice. Very bad .

May I remind you the rationale for this very closure of borders? Its is almost solely to curb the issue of smuggling..... not just staple foods but everything....up from car spare parts down to your okirika clothes. Now that aside!!

Closure of the bordering gates to curb smuggling analytically means all or most of the smuggled products come through those gates
Now this should be the logic
1. smuggling is corruption (unarguable)
2. All smuggled commodities come through the border (very arguable)
Closure of border will curb/reduce smuggling...........fine
Mitigation of corruption at the borders will curb/reduce smuggling.........fine
Since smuggling is a function of corruption in the borders (S=f(c)) Why not tackle corruption at the borders instead of subjecting the common man to more hardship without putting in place any form of ''shock-absorber''
When America wanted to boost their local steel production value that importation had almost crippled, you know what they did, they didnt even halt the importation, rather they lifted taxes on the local ores and placed huge taxes on the imported. Diplomatically, the market tilted to the side of the local steel production. Now this is how policies from informed set of parliaments look like.
I have always said this, until Nigeria starts to run the government like a corporate organisation, where KPIs(key performance indicators) are reviewed and operations externally audited, only then the government can function.

Those guys bring in cars, we did not stop them, they do not need to be flooding our country with nonsense rice and tomatoes. No developed country became great by opening their borders and flooding their country with stuff they can make, prove me wrong. And then did you say law of supply? If the price of rice soars on, a great many people will go into rice farming including me, and many wealthy investors will go into it and as the supply rises, the price will naturally go down. What Buhari did is right, I applaud him.

U guys should be grateful Elrufai is generous to non indigenes. left to me this recruitment should be shared equally among the 23 LGA's in Kaduna state like it was done in kogi and kano.

By allowing non indigenes to get jobs in Kaduna, i feel Elrufai is doing right, but the stupid comment by Henry692 is what always pisses me off. Dolts like him think it is for lack of graduates in kd that the governor is making the recruitment open.

They might still not choose him, at interview stage whatever they decide is final even if you do well at interview, they might only choose you if they need non indigent applicants to works in hostile Local governments in the State.

Its better you help those you can help and have their contacts for future reciprocal help, for at Interview stage all these quiz na wash, they will ask you question verbally or ask you to summarize a passage and if you do it successful if they like they pass you and post you to hostile environment if there is vacancy there if you are non indigent applicant or fail you.

Bros how did you come across the bolded? That's not true. The unemployment issue in Kaduna is as real as it is anywhere else. There is no LGA in the whole of Kaduna that indigenes will not be willing to work. Is it not their state? It's just like saying there are LGAs in Borno where Borno indigenes are not willing to work in, it doesn't make sense. Elrufai just allowed non indigenes to get jobs in the state to show he is a true progressive, simple! Many Kaduna indigenes that you think will not want to work in some parts of the state are already angry that some of the slots will be lost to non indigenes.

I fell ill, so missed my major Business Maths test...well, I felt since we are humans I could beg my lecturer to make me do mine privately but he instead turned me down and gave me an option of sleeping with him and he was such a Very old man o! He was not bent on victimising you. He probably felt you were one of the lazy ones that can only pass through the lecturers help. I pity girls who lecturers fail on purpose just because they refused to sleep with them but those ones that use their bodies to pass, I don't give a can about them.
