floret23: We yoruba Christians will never vote Tinubu on Muslim-Muslim ticket because we are not fools. When MURIC terrorists told Yoruba Muslims not to vote Yoruba Christians, they all agree. Since no yoruba muslim in Nigeria will ever vote Christian-Christian ticket, why should we christians now vote Mu-Mu ticket?
Christians are not minorities, slaves, or second class citizens in Nigeria. Mu-Mu ticket is a big insult to we Yoruba Christians and we shall punish Tinubu for that before Satan will also punish him.

David160: Peter obi is going to the markets unannounced and getting greeted with cheers and admiration.
When will Tinubu do the same. They said obi is going to igbo dominated markets... When will Tinubu go to yoruba dominated markets. Now I'm convinced that 99% of Obi supporters are small children. |

LegendHero: I’m so in love with these governors.
This is how to flex your balls and this is how true federalism should work.
The Supreme Court is the highest court in the land and the law is above even the president.
I expect more states to employ this kind of stance and let’s see how Buhari can arrest all governors. Lagos should follow ASAP and flex the power of the state government.
Elewiele already said Bank should start accepting #500 & #1000, but we no even care. We wan dey spend our old notes dey go. Lagos already made their pronouncement. Lagos stand with supreme court. https://www.nairaland.com/7572742/new-naira-supreme-court-ruling |

Penguin2: Hmmm
Tinubu quickly walking in the same history path as Abiola.
See the kind of damage and insurrection he’s causing as a candidate begging for votes, now imagine what he would do with presidential powers.
This was the exact line that Abiola toed that made the cabal not trust him with power.
Obasanjo was right after all, that only Peter Obi is the one that can be trusted with power and corrected if he starts to veer off the line while in power.
Tinubu will never be president. The little chance he had has been diminished to zero. Go and sleep. |

seunmsg: CBN is simply trying to be clever by half since they know the governors are already ahead of them. If Banks are still collecting the old notes, then business can still collect them as legitimate means of exchange and then proceed to deposit same in banks.
This kind of policy summersault is what happens when you try to implement an illegal decision despite the order of the Supreme Court and the very obvious hardship that citizens are facing. Kudos to the courageous governors who have ordered their residents to continue to accept the old notes as means of exchange. They are the heroes this period. Big shame on all those who are supporting the suffering that Buhari and Emefiele are inflicting on Nigerians simply because of politics. After the election, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu will reverse the inhuman policy. All the Zombiedients celebrations in the mud. |
