Prison in the sense that, they're not permitted to ACT ANYHOW (they're guided by laws) while PARADISE in the sense that, they do what they want, they're lawless, they can act anyhow they want, they doesn't believe in Allah, they kills without justification and other attrocities till death caught up with them.
