A friend and I are looking for teachers or former teachers to create lesson plans for our kids, but we don't know if Nigerian teachers have to plan their lessons.

For example, for a primary 1 child learning about money.

The teacher will develop a series of plans and worksheets to achieve a certain objective. Our kids are in different classes and we are willing to pay around N3,500 for each lesson plan. The teachers don't even need to have experience. If they are able to teach any topic thoroughly and in a structured way, then we would like to hire them to create lesson plans for our kids.

Examples of topics we're interested in:
1. Math (Learning about money, subtraction, giving change etc)
2. English comprehension exercises
3. Nigerian History
4. Igbo and Yoruba

I would appreciate advice on how to go about this
