Otti should be thankful to Tinubu for sending triple allocation to Abia State for him to use for the road constructions he is doing. Every time you praise Otti, also thank Tinubu, the generator of the funds. Any gov that is not working now will never work under any gov. See why it's good to have a competent person as president. He did not generate for Lagos alone but for the whole 36 states all at the same time. That means developments all over at once.
