Hi Dearie....have you seen a gynea.....drugs can be recommended to help with the flow. I use mefanamic acid as recommended. Also try ruzu bitters. The period will flow but it won't be prolonged. Also add lots of veggies (beetroot,kale,cabbage,broccoli) to your diet. I like to blend them and add a little fruit not the sugary ones though. I have just bought blackstrap mollases and will see how it helps with my next period.

Hi ladies, I've been dealing with small fibroids and its been making me bleed heavily and have prolonged menses.

Though I've bin using Acv since the beginning of January, but this month's period hasn't been any different. What do you advice that I do. Thnx in advance.

oh my God!!!.... please be calm and be strong. this is just the devil using the boy to wage a war against your marriage but he has failed. I'm so sorry love. Please speak to your pastor and let him pray with you. Also try and look for someone that dh respects very well and who can also counsel you both but most importantly take care of yourself. I know it's hard not to think about it but we need you to be strong especially for your mum.

Lol mumykryti...we got married same month....I'm six months in Marriage too, hubby used to act up and get angry like I was poisoning myself when i was blending veg and fruits last year and drinking MACV religiously, after i come get belly and misscarried, na him dey buy the fruits and veg, on generator to blend am now plus extra fruit salad on the side. He don sabi now, he will only ask me to explain what I'm taking to him and what it does.

Hello mama, don't let anything or anyone take away your joy. See the person you get deal with na Dh so any trouble maker can go and jump, please no give them face. Like one of the mamas have said, try and get something to do, no matter how small as long as it gives you pleasure and to get your mind off this small issue, please focus you attention on something else. If you don't mind, you can volunteer at an orphanage or any care centre around you till better offers come your way. When they understand say you sef no get their time they will re-arrange now. Remember say na you get the house, no be say you waka play come, you are there for a life time business/contract and no devil can terminate that.

As for Dh, keep praying for him, tell God how you want him to behave, don't complain, anything you can do for the boy do it, the one you can't do, bone no look him side. God will speak to Dh and he will reason with you. Just take charge of your home in the spiritual realm and it will manifest in the physical. Please be strong, it is well with you and we will pray along with you.

Thanks mummykyrti, it's not easy o. I have finished the drugs and even did another corse on antibiotics for the fibroid degeneration bt I started bleeding again after completing the antibiotics. Bleedind started around the time that I would have had af for jnuary and has been on for 5 days now like my normal period although quite heavy. Couuuld it be that af is back or my body if still expelling. I want to wait saturday which will make it 7 days my af duration, if it doesn't stop then I will have to go and see the gynea.

@missingribs @mamatwiny ....Please always remember that all of these will soon pass and i tell myself same all the time, so that when when we are sharing our testimonies....all will hear and say Glory be to God. There's hardly any ex who will say anything nice especially when they know they have missed the best thing that can happen to them. Just always believe the report of the Lord, my answer to any ttc issue now is None shall be barren in the Land- na so my God talk am so my case will not be an exception.
