Which would you recommend between a 2009/10 Toyota Venza and a 2008/09 lexus rx 350. Looking at the cost of maintenance(running cost) reliability, overall driving experience and basically other important factors I may have failed to mention.

Regarding FIRS, heard they'll have a sitting early next month, the outcome will then decide how they'll go about the recruitment. So issuance of APL will most likely be early next year. As for NDIC, I have no idea.
