From my immediate family to extended to in-laws, 90% of the wives are productive and supportive so why should mine be different especially when we live in an era that is turbulent.

2. Why won't a lot of men abandon their role when such role is financially overwhelming. A role that is not defined will be abused.
For example - the role of an average lady is to take care of the home - the hubby, kids and house. Now this role is generic - whether you go to kano, calabar, lagos or accra.
For the average man, we don't even know what Role is anymore because it is not well defined or spelt out even within the same community. A role can be from a one room to a mansion. It is not even standardized and that frustrates a lot of men.

The statement that a woman should be able to look after her kids without their father triggered me.

It is a selfish statement and grossly irresponsible. It shows that you have no vision and no outa of responsibility which is why we have kids hawking, begging on the road to feed thier parents ...because of men that think like you and I am tired of it.

I really wish you will do better, choose to provide for any child you bore or have a vasectomy .... or castration if yo know you cannot look after your kids.
