So I've gotten my pin from the bank now, am I gonna get an email confirming the payment and if not,which page would I go to,to submit the pin for the accommodation levy...Please an urgent reply would be very much appreciated.

That route might be complicated for a first timer in IB so I will advice from Iwo road take a cab to sango then from sango take a cab to UI which will drop u on the road adjacent UI gate. Both ways are cool but sango is better if you've not been to UI b4

Or better still take a straight bus from Lagos to Ibadan,sango, then take a cab to UI,you'll surely see ,its N30 or so,it'll stop you in front of UIs gate Gan Gan,this Iwo road journey is nt my best option biko.

In my opinion,the validation date is the time limit,like for you to get to the hostel and clear or something, like you should have gotten to d Skul to claim your room by 3rd of April or something ....I don't know o,just guessing

That means you've nt logged in successfully before....no qualms.Go to portal.ui.edu.ng now,click on "new students should click here to login",put ur jamb registration number in and log in..you'll see a page with your matric number,student email,Hall etc,Youd need to activate ur student mail so go to stu.ui.edu.ng,itll direct you to gmail,log in with your student mail and the default password which is "password",once you do that,go bk to portal.ui.edu.ng,this time log in with ur matric number and default password,you'd surely see "Hall application",click on that and I think you'd know what to do, from there

You're supposed to use ur jamb reg number and d default "password" for your first log in attempt

Not everyone likes ground floor,maybe that's why,u can choose from 1-20 to be safe then if u want ground floor or something

God the way UI sent the email with "Congratulations!!!!!" I even thought I got the room I applied for ,only for me to finish downloading the authority to pay and I saw another room lmfaaoooo ,its nt even funny cos I was already rejoicing that my luck must be shining today,useless people

Just asked one and he said block A is Fresher's block generally and you should pick a room between 26-40,that's middle floor so good luck!
