Hello fellow technophiles, I'm presently working on a research to study m-commerce trends in universities and I will love it if you can contribute by filling a quick online survey. To maintain confidentiality, the identity of respondents will not be captured in this survey. The result of this survey will be publish soon and I hope it will be of benefit to mobile applications developers, service providers and marketers. Survey is available on https://spreadsheets0.google.com/viewform?formkey=dGh2b3hnU2lwM0YwQW5NQVd6SFFrbVE6MQ |

Your sprint BB is a CDMA phone and it is impossible to convert cos the technology and the way it processes telecom signal is fundamentally different from a GSM phone. So what you have now is a Sprint branded piece of brick. |
The BB Torch 9800's been announced, It's a good config though and I love that they've stuck a qwerty keypad on the phone. http://na.blackberry.com/eng/devices/blackberrytorch/ enjoy. |
It's almost impossible to destroy, there's always one better software to unlock the phones. If your phones is connected to an enterprise network, you may be lucky enough to wipe out the data on the phone but nor destroy it. Chuck it up as a loss and get another phone already. |
Now everyone can have a piece of the "national cake", that's if the politicians on the high table don't scramble for it. We're so wasteful. |
More state more trouble, the more the shards of glass, the more difficult it is to put together. |
@saperp_sms SAP and other ERP applications will be around for some time till SaaS and cloud computing give us faster, more secure and service. With the level of bureaucracy and politics in the corporate world, ERP apps will still feature much. |
MTN likes to take on a ride, let's see how long this will be sustained, or we pray for more competition in the industry, force the cost down. |
It's good to know there's interests in SAP. SAP has it's place, more suited to large corporations that can sustain the huge cost. With the new generation of IT companies operating in the SME region, there are loads of services (SOA, SaaS) that cost less than a tenth of what SAP cost and these are most appropriate for such companies. SAP will stick around for a while as long as mega companies exist, but for how long? We'll never know for now. Good news is that SAP consultants are paid pretty sums when they can find the job, a knowledge of it will do you some good. It even helps to make sense of services like SaaS and cloud computing. |
Installing audio and modem drivers directly for HD audio adapters won't work, as @cemapog said you'll need to install the UAA drivers before installing the HP530 audio drivers. |
Android's google's access to the mobile world, for now it has a minimal market share and it seem it will stay like that for a while considering the innovations coming from RIM, iPhone and the most anticipated Nokia's Symbian^3 OS. Android's on a gradual climb though as developers are gradually embracing and building apps and cool phones to exploit its features. |
You profile seem impressive, scaling the hurdles at a younger age than other graduates you will meet out there. Adding a law degree to your current degrees is a good option if you plan to practice law, but a few years down the line you will still contemplate getting a masters, so getting it now will get it out of the way. There are PG courses in the UK that combine a range of modules that include economics, international business and law and other industry relevant courses. Equally as important is you getting corresponding work experience that matches your degrees, that will be more valuable to you and your employer. |
I don't know how much is a good price for an audio cd, but the N150- N250 we pay in the back street's ridiculous considering the efforts that "some" of the artist put in. I guess we just don't value intellect and creativity yet. If you love the artist and you feel the job's worth N1000 go enjoy the cd. |
Paypal is an intermediary between your bank and the party receiving payment, that way the party doesn't deal directly with your bank nor are your CC or debit card details exposed to them. That makes it safer. |
I doubt it hasn't. Every industry has industry safety standards and regulations and all cars must meet these standard before they're certified for use. The law's been amended continuously. The only explanation is that the triggering system's defective. |
I've bought a couple of items off ebay but none as big as a car. Like every market, it's a mix of both. Always read the user ratings, if there's a lot of unresolved negative comment then run. Don't be too gullible and greedy, don't expect to buy a car for £200 off ebay, it's probably scrap. I've had good experiences so far though. Best of luck. |
Overclocking used to be cool back in the days when CPUs were at break-neck prices, were still in the hundreds MHz and you needed that extra processing power. If your processor is in the Ghz range you can only push say 50hz or 100hz more. You need a bigger fan and an extra dab of thermal paste. Final word, don't do it if you can't handle the possible burnout of your processor. |
I doubt if there's any solution like that. Best you can get is PTT which is network dependent and Nigerian operators don't support it. |
Mr Kehinde, I just searched some info on your ID card printer. It will be more helpful if you can drop an email address so we can correspond. |
Just a sample from my still life series. Beads.

The specs of both phones are decent and similar. If you do a lot of messaging, nothing beats a physical qwerty keyboard with tactile feedback. If you want a BB with looks-appeal the storm may interest you, however the touchscreen on it isn't the sleekest out there. You might want to check Nokia N97mini & E72, Motorolla Droid (has both touch and qwerty inputs) or the apple iphone |
You may want to visit the HP website and download the latest video drivers. Windows 7 drivers may not be available for this model, but Windows vista driver may work. Experiment. |
No doubt the I-pad will start some movement in the industry, which is good for consumers as other manufacturers and developers make rapid iterations to their designs and prototypes to beat the I-pad. The collaboration of MS and Hp will give us the "slate" before the year runs out, a good config and at similar price, though the apple products have a mass market and youth appeal. |
