The seller will issue you receipt to prove you bought it from him. You can get your lawyer to prepare the receipt where both of you will sign and their should be a witness. I said receipt cos those cars are imported as scrap or parts. They only join them together to form a car at ladipo. I 've witness where panel beaters do that. To that extent no duty was paid on them....so no custom papers. No one will be asking you for custom paper of a car that is more than 30years. Just buy , get authentic receipt with buyers seal or get yiur lawyer to prepare for you. That's all you need to register that car

There was a thread few weeks ago that answered virtually all the questions asked above.
It discusses extemporaneously about Seun as a person and details about nairaland. Mention was made about various offers to buy nairaland but he declined.
So I practically doubt if he's planning on doing that in the nearest future.
I stand corrected though.

You miss the point of the arguenent.

1. The report did NOT Say 7.6 million lost their jobs. It said they became unemployed. Unemployed also includes people who just became 18, not in school and without jobs, graduates after NYSC etc. Doesn't mean they lost their jobs. Reno was wrong there

2. The report did NOT say in the last 21 months. It said in 21 months which is a particular time of interest (January 2016 and September 2017). Again, Reno missed it
