As far as I'm concerned, those loan sharks don't help people, they only compound people's problems. And, anybody who defends those loan sharks must be (1) one of their agents/officers who could do anything for money, even robbery, if given opportunity (2) mad or foolish. They keep shouting Nigerians don't like paying debts & still create new loan apps each day. Of course, they know how much they make from enslaving & ripping off their victims. Like I mentioned in my post, no one with conscience should work for those loan sharks as long as they know they can't encourage their loved ones to take such loan offers.

This is the danger of public and social media trial of people. The courts are not swayed by public opinions or sentiments. Lady Justice is blind, or hence the blindfold.

The court rules in favor of any party that can PROVE its case without ambiguity.

The police or prosecution are lazy and do not adequately prepare for trial, nor pursue evidence in cases.

It's intentional to confuse the judge because those investigating the matter collected bribe. May the almighty judge them

Delivering judgement on the case, on Wednesday, the judge, Augustine Ityonyiman, of the Benue State High Court in Makurdi, held that the prosecution failed to prove its four-count charge against Mr Ogbuja.

The judge held that police investigators failed to subject the defendant to medical examination in order to match his specimen with the findings in the medical reports that were presented before the court.

In evaluating the evidence, the judge held that the two autopsy reports from the Federal Medical Centre in Makurdi and the Nigerian Police Forensic Laboratory in Lagos, left him quandary.

“I cannot pick and choose which of the autopsy reports to rely on in reaching a just conclusion of this case,” Mr Ityonyiman said.

He said while the autopsy report from the Medical Centre in Makurdi said Miss Ogbanje died of “natural cause,” the one from the Police forensic Laboratory said the deceased “suffered diseases that were related to sexual abuse.”

Going to his house to cook is already a form of consent for a "more than work relationship". At least that's the way any man will see it. The next thing he is trying to sleep with you, and peradventure you are caught isolated, he may not control himself and rape happens.

If he is starved of food, he is also starved of sex. If you know you do not want more than work relationship kindly be upfront about it, whether or not you loose the job.

Go to him, and have an Audience, tell him that your mother has asked you to inform him that it is not appropriate for you to be performing household chores in his house as he is married, and it was not part of the job description.

If he wants you to be performing tasks at his house could he kindly give you an employment job description specifying these tasks, and also increase your pay to be commiserate with the added function. And preferably provide a mini-cooking corner in the office where you can make his meals. So that if you are queried by his wife or family you will have an explanation and won't be caught alone in his house.

Do not fail in letting him know your family is aware of the job you have been doing by mentioning you mother or father. If he sacks you, go home, you might just have saved your life or years of unwanted troubles.

If he had no ulterior motif, he will either tell you to stop cooking or buy a cooker for use in the office.

Soludo should acknowledge that Ipob/ESN are terrorists and must be dealt with by brute force. Ipob/ESN even tried to kill Soludo during his campaign laste year, but they ended up killing 3 police officers.

SMH, Nairaland still have a long way to go. Just listen to the advice being dished out up there, just because it was a guy who cheated. If the reverse was the case.
