If she's unable to secure sponsorship and her last hope is you getting PSW.
E beta U collect PSW and before 2yrs another door fit open.

So I’ve been In the UK since last year February with my dependant on a student visa.

The care company I work for is offering me sponsorship soon but my dependant won’t be able to switch with me.

Is there any other visa she can apply for to elongate her stay in the UK ?

Can anyone advice ?

My visa application was on 13th June and my biometric was done on 19th. And on 20th my application was received by DMC and I got empty nsf together with my dependent..since then am stuck at DMC while many other who gone for biometric same day already gotten their visa .

Can I do a paid call or mail...as my mind wasn't at rest.

Kindly advice pls..

I totally get what you’re going through.

Happened during mine. I paid for priority visa and I kept getting empty NSF mails.

I did a lot paid calls, wasted a lot of money. Trust me they will keep telling you that “no decision has been”.

My visa eventually came out after almost 2 weeks as opposed to just a couple of days.

All you can do is pray and try to keep calm( I know this impossible lol ) just try.

An Empty NSF( Non straightforward mail) is what you’re sent when they need more time to process your application.

In my case I paid for priority service which was supposed to make my visa come out in 5 days max but it took longer than that because of the mail.

We refer to it as EMPTY NSF because they’re not asking for any extra documents. They’re just informing you that it’d take longer for your visa to come out.

VISA ALERT!!!!
Biometrics: 18th of January
Priority
Empty NSF: 19th of January
2nd Empty NSF: 23rd of January
Moved to VAC: 2nd of February
Collection mail: 2nd of February
Latest date of arrival: 13th of February

So I was banned 2 weeks ago. I had no idea what I did on here and this was a time I really needed some urgent questions answered.

Anyway water under the bridge.

When I got my first Empty NSF my heart broke! I knew this meant DELAY.

The second one too, I was just like nah God should do whatever he wants to do.

My visa was supposed to take 5 working days max and it took more than 2 weeks! Longest days of my life!

I want to appreciate everyone that takes their time to respond to everyone on this group, May the good lord bless you.

For people still waiting to hear back, YOU WILL GET IT! Delay isn’t refusal! Do not give up.

It is not a must! They should enter her details and leave out the data page. A lot of people have done it successfully without attaching their dependents data page.
