Hi guys,

I want to buy a replacement battery for my hp 655 laptop. Is it more affordable online or should I go to computer village?

It says 7500 on jumia but a friend says it'd be cheaper at Ikeja.
What to do?

A billion likes. A lot of such naggings and even exorbitant demands by wives will be averted if only men open up about their incomes. Women are not evil. Most of them think you earn more hence they begin to think you are being wicked or stingy.
Open up and you'd be surprised by how she would even manage your money for you

OP, I advise that you involve her more in financial matters. Let her know the total income the family makes and how it is spent. Take monetary decisions together and she won't have any cause to whine about you being broke.

I suspect she doesn't know how much you earn and she feels you can do much more than you are doing now. Or maybe there is something you are spending on that she doesn't believe in.

Again, since she is the type that complains a lot about money, tell her to get a job/start a biz and use the income to meet her needs.

She jam her luck under my roof so therefore the money will be 70/30 70 for me 30 for her. After all I am still the head of the family and the family responsibility is still on me if you marry your 'own' wife, she can even put the money under your care as the head

The issue of trust is a very important issue. There are lots of clients who have had terrible experiences and lost their money during online transactions. There are lots of scammers out there.

Even e-commerce site owners have issues trusting clients because when you offer payment on delivery most clients will only dissappoint you. I've made several deliveries where the client wouls say, "I just want to see what it looks like. I will buy next year". Lots of clients don't keep to their word. You might schedule. A meeting for 10am and the client ends up showing at 2pm.

Another problem might be due to the fact that lots of clients don't know much about shopping online. Even after spending lots of time and money on my website, most clients don't know how to navigate through pages and even place an order. I h made more sales via whatsapp and bbm than my website.

Also, Nigerian clients want it all. Someone will placed an Order for something that's worth N2,000 and will expect free shipping, even if he/she lives in Kano and you're based in the North, and payment on delivery.

But we'll get there

You are doing a lot of work with your content. One way to optimize your content is to write for the scanners. Those who won't read Line by Line. Do this by using sub headings, italics, bolds to highlight key items. Also use more images. Not everyone has the Patience to try to decipher what you are saying. In all, Good Job

This is quite interesting, OP...the only challenge is that someone like me will need to be reporting other folks daily!

What I have discovered (which works better for me) is to use Google Webmaster Tool to my advantage. Immediately I publish an entry, I 'fast forward' it and gets it indexed in mere minutes.

...Any half wit copying after that will see what happens when the next Google update comes onboard
