Since it is a test, casual would fly but brother, if you are really looking for a job, you should buy a suit. Very soon you would be attending interviews and you wouldn't want to go in jeans and shirt. You don't have to buy an 80 thousand naira suit like Therealadonye. He is a boss. Just one good suit that you can dry clean for interviews is okay.

Getting through SRD doesn't mean you'll be employed though..

I personally know someone who scaled through SRD, was put on waiting list for a year and finally sent a regret mail..

Skipped 2013 Recruitment because of the 1 year rule
Applied October 2014, Still on review until now

It's almost time for the 2nd edition of the JSAs...

Please purchase your Ball Gowns and Tuxedos because it's gon be one hell of a night..

So last year, we had a discussion thread like this and a lot of ideas were put forward.
The question therefore is How do you make something good to be great?
The answer? Let the good people of the nairaland Jobs/Vacancies section improve the process through their qualitative contributions...

And so with this preamble, I declare the floor open. Suggest away.
Invite every job lander here. We need everyone to see this thread and pour out their thoughts.

This thread would be open for a week after which we can proceed to the Awards proper..
