It requires a stronger force to stop an addiction such as masturbation, I know of someone who stopped some years ago cus he made a vow to God concerning it that he will not masturbate for the next few years, cus of the fear of God, he has not broken his vow.

Also, there is one thing you should know, real Christians are dead to sin, they do not struggle with sin, cus avoiding sin is not by our human power, it's just by God's grace.
things you should do if you really want to be dead to not just masturbation, but to all forms of sin:

1. Join a church service group and take it seriously.
2. Join evangelism group and take it seriously.
3. Read your bible and pray everyday.
4. Delete all worldly music from your phone.

Come to Christ fully, give him your all, and you will be surprised how easy it will be for you to avoid sin, you will just find out that you naturally hate sin, you will start living a holy life without any effort, and you will have unusual peace and happiness, life will be soooo sweet and simple.

Doing these things I've listed is simple, but it's not easy, the most difficult thing is to start, once you start, God will give you the grace to continue, and after doing them fora little while, they become part of your life style, just start, start now this Sunday, if you procrastinate, then you are likely not to do them.

98% of Nigerians are criminals, including the lecturers and Government workers. Most of those working class people you see in cars with their suit go to work are also thieves, they dress well but the funny thing is that, they steal from the company they work, they are just well dressed criminals. Most doctors, lawyers and Engineers are also involve in one form of corruption or the other in their workplace.

My mother is a staff of Ikpoba Okha Local government from Owan West Edo state. She is 48yrs on the 15th of this month is her Birthday. She is a single mother of one presently with me here in Lagos since April this year.
She was diagnosed with end-stage renal disease in April 2918.
Presently, she goes for renal dialysis twice a week as against the recommended three times a week due to fund constraint.

According to the doctors, she urgently needs a kidney transplant which can be done in India.

The steps I have taken so far for a Fundraising is:

I have written so many letters to the Edo state governor via Chief of staff, via ministry of women affairs & development via DHL and also through one uncle. Another letter to the deputy governor of Edo state I have contacted so many politicians in Edo state. I have the submitted requested documents to AIT Alagbado for announcement. I have written letter to Kokun, Williams Uchemba and KBK foundations I have contacted so many celebreties via Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. Even my Twitter has been suspended. Then Vanguard and the nation's newspaper have published it. Punch reporter came around to interview my mother and I at home and they promised to work on it soon.

So far we have spent close to N1.2m on dialysis, blood transfusion, injections drugs, transportations and hospital admission.

As I type now we have just N16k left not even enough for another section of dialysis and she is due for dialysis and blood transfusion as her pcv is below 25.

One major challenge I do face is that, people don't believe me they don't even take time to read my messages cus many are scared that I'm a scammer which I have never done before. I have taken her to Churches too. Pastors have also prayed for her on phone. Some pastor from nairaland here who saw my story.

Hello nairalanders, I have chronic Rhinosinusitis, which is constant dripping from the nose. In layman's term, I have catarrh that never goes and becomes serious when ever I'm exposed to cold. Watery catarrh. It sometimes drips out in public and embarrasses me. I've tried visiting a teaching hospital, after several attempt, the doctor at ENT told me that I should keep coming so they would keep giving me drugs that eventually, one must work, when I heard that, I stopped going.

I want to ask if there is any cure out there, maybe native cure or something, this stuff is serious and really worrying my life, I constantly inhale just to drag the watery catarrh in, this is not like the normal catarrh you know, this one is watery and it doesn't stop, it just subsidies for some time and comes up again. I've had this problem for about 12years now.
