You can get a laptop. It is better than a tab. Will help you alot. Use your android phone to get documents and move oto your laptop to read them. Just a suggestion.

Very soon, you will understand. I can not chat with 3g network when 4g is not available. That is Nigeria telecom for you. They will migrate the 4g band to 5g and then migrate the 4g to edge/2g. That is what is obtainable in Nigeria. Very soon, 4g can not chat, WhatsApp won't work on 4g like it is doing over 3g network now.

I've noticed it's a common flaw in all the brand models, I currently use an Itel A56 pro and it now takes over 10 hours to fully charge and it annoyingly drains faster.

Not only Itel. Infinix too. Though, you are wrong to say all Itel phones. It is a system bug that has been triggered to protect your battery against explosion.
If your phone is showing safe charge info, it is obvious your phone changing system has reported a particular charger to your OS of being dangerous. The OS will meter your charge current so as to protect the battery. The problem is, once triggered, the system will still recognise every other charger as hazardous causing the phone to charge slowly.

The places you are planning to go to have the same challenges of unemployment. What are you going to the states you mentioned to offer there? If you are not doing anything meaningful in Lagos, there are possibilities that you would go there and be more frustrated. But if you have a need you are already meeting in Lagos with your skills, going to any of those states raises your chances of making it there with serious marketing of your skills and products.

But, how many government buildings have you seen burning.
