People are rejecting this one because they think it's fake, that shows the people were not properly informed.

Buhari is not the only head of state in the world that does uses foreign hospitals. As far back the early 70's the house of Saud used UCH. Almost every person in Nigeria with $50k NAV has a global health plan.

If you've used a foreign hospital before becoming famous, you will continue using it.


If you have issues with data privacy, you will probably go abroad.

If you have a condition that requires you to use an experimental drug you will travel abroad.

There are foreign leaders who fly in foreign medical teams with containerized medical units and those units are flown out again. Is this local treatment because it takes place on local soil. You prefer that? You prefer opacity over transparency?

Check the allocations for health including primary health care which is under the control of the states and let's take this further
