I used to login my gate.io with Google authenticator,but the phone with the authenticator got spoilt and I just got on newphone
For kucoin there was a' send code to number 'option which I did and I was able to access that and reset the authenticator
But for gate.io there is nothing like that, I had to resect by doing facial recognition and other stuffs
