If u are angry about the noise, go and tell the designers because ladies do not make those shoes themselves. And is quite unfortunate that those designers are the people that the noise penetrate much. Then why make what u hate?

Hi,

What you have to do is repair it. There is a software that is meant to be used for that, but you will not have all the full memory again. Some will have been lost due to the repairs.

You have to mind the words u use here, thats her own opinion assuming if the post is true which the girl has come back to claim.  u don't have to curse her because she did n't read urs before posting hers. Be careful!

Hi, i feel your pain. I have been there.

What u need to do is to go and see a doctor who will prescribe an anti-anxiety medication.

I personally use Inderal (a type of propranolol) an hour before I have to make a presentation. Inderal stops my voice and hands from shaking and my heart from beating forcefully in my chest; this goes a long way in helping me make the presentation. I must point out that before making the presentation i still feel a little nervous, however, when i start, i am calmer.

I must also point out that you have to follow the doctor's prescription i.e. no over dosing.
