So his problem with CU is the strict rules and chapel attendance lmao, I read all he said and I don't see any illegal thing they do at CU, they want a private Christian University where students can live as married couple, where sex and money can be exchanged for good grades, where 1st class is for lecturers only, where buying handouts from lecturers qualifies you for good grades etc
