Guess you don't know what modular refineries means. They are low capacity refineries like the one in Imo state, edo state etc. By the time BUA refinery comes up and the one they building in lagos, things will begin to look good. I believe NNPC refineries will come up and they will privatise them. My major concern for now is dangote will monopolise the industry till other comes up.

I understand the whole write-up and everything involved, but my fear is that I never trust the government on any of these policies reason why is that it always backfire on the citizens.
