For instance, establishing major IT hubs in Delta (Asaba and Warri), Bayelsa, and Port Harcourt would be a game-changer. Such centers would positively engage many of our young people. Even when they can afford to learn tech skills, they often have to relocate to Lagos because there aren’t enough opportunities or facilities here in Delta State.
I truly hope @Tompolo comes across this message.

There are political, economic, social and even family considerations when using these powers so not every deserving person will benefit and not all those who benefit are deserving from everyone’s point of view.
