Always known for taking sides with the people, the Presidential Candidate of People's Democratic Party, H.E Atiku Abubakar has released a video on his position on the January 31st deadline of the ongoing currency redesign program of the CBN.

In a video he released, Atiku Abubakar called for a slight extension of the monetary conversation policy to ease the burden of the policy on ordinary Nigerians especially the unbanked population in the rural areas.

Reports from commercial banks indicates that as at yesterday, virtually all banks were still paying the old naira notes to customers making withdrawal over the counter. New notes are only available at the ATMs where a daily withdrawal limit of 20,000 exists.

Most, traders including transporters have stopped collecting the old notes triggering crisis in market places and restaurants across country.

Atiku understands the economy, he understands our people, and understands how businesses work. With Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa as his running mate they are poised to make our currency strong again and help our economy grow.

A vote for H.E Atiku Abubakar and Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa is a vote for two good men who mean well for Nigeria.

You have no logic.
How can you just conclude that adopted kids are a menace. How many times in the news have we heard that adopted kids killed their parents.
But how many other times have we heard that biological kids maimed their parents or had perilous quarrels with other family members.

There are several factors that can contribute to delinquencies in grown ups.

You can't just arrive at conclusions from just a single occurrence or two, from millions all over the country.

I think you need to mature in thinking. Your girl has a point. You aren't reasoning at the level she expects. That's why she looses the argument. U draw her down to a lower reasoning level of a kid, and then jump in victory.

Make right friends and speak with people. Loneliness isn't good. A good way of solving it is getting the right kind of friends. There are people everywhere, on this platform, at your work place, just look around. The world is teeming with people.

Sometimes, I get this loneliness issue. But that's only when I shut people out and try to use objects to replace them. Maybe things like movies, games, etc.

Get some real friends. This is Africa. We are a people who live communal lives. Different from the solitary lives lived in many European nations.

So dearie, get some friends around you. Objects can't fill that space.

I have done everything I can. I don't know how else to get my money back. Unless people add their voices and get enough attention to my case

Following the new Federal Government directive on the reception of money from foreign countries, on the 18th of December, 2020, I opened a Euro domiciliary account at Union bank Amawusa Owerri. It was successful. I went home happy thinking I had opened an account with a serious minded bank.

However, on the 23rd of December, 51 was paid into my account by my mother. It never got through to me. The bank refuses to acknowledge the receipt of that fund even in the face of transfer receipts from my mum. The customer care I met in the bank would not even give me face when I went to see what was wrong.

Again on the 28th of December, another 99 euros was sent to see if things would go through this time, the bank also withheld the money and claimed it hasn't seen the fund. I have kept calling their customer care and even emailing and chatting their WhatsApp account, and I'm not getting any serious. They keep saying sorry for the inconveniences.

Please peeps, is this the pattern of operation of Union bank? This is my first time with the bank and their services are so poor and seem fraudulent. I'm going to close that account and go to another bank. I'm so so annoyed at the manner of operations there. It's like a coordinated fraud.
