@Mimilyrics. Exactly, the school requirement only demanded a deposit of 1000.

That was probably the school requirement. Some Schools require deposits of £1,000 to £3000-4000 before processing CAS while the balance can be paid anytime from when the visa is issued up till the school's deadline for payment.

My friend paid £1000 before application and has not only left but has since started school.

I got admission in university of Wolverhampton (MSc). The School fees is £12700. Will it be ok if I pay £5000 before applying for visa? My school said minimum of £3000.
However, one agent told me I ought to pay half the fees or more else the embassy will deny me visa.

If yes, then what you need to ‘worry’ about is whether the money is ‘complete’ and whether it has(have) spend (spent) AT LEAST 28 Days.

Hello @Mimilyrics and all. Pls b4 I goof, the funds in my account were from my company account. My fear is that the ECO might get curious as to the source or what I do. I am not adding the CAC docs. My application is for tier 4 dependent visa. Should I just go ahead? Epp a brother pls

You don't need any of these for a tier 4 dependent visa. What you need to present mainly is proof of maintenance fund and proof of your relationship to your wife. Check out the link below and do more research before you waste your money.

Good day @justwise and everyone,

I am applying for a Tier 4 dependent visa, my wife is on a Tier 4 student visa currently. I worked in a bank till last month (resigned). We run a cleaning service company which she was managing till she left.

I want to inquire if:

1. I can submit a Power of attorney authorizing someone else to manage our company in our absence?
2. I have no TCC - would the statement showing payments from clients suffice (though I am using a personal account statement to apply)?
3. Do I need a cover letter to explain all these?

All documents that can prove that you've got major stakes/investments that will bring you back to Nigeria is good.
If you feel that it will help proven ties to your home country, then pls do so by all means.
But if you're adding CAC documents, then pls be ready to explain how the organization will run in your absence (or what structure is in place to handle the comoany til you return) as that might crop up and that of your wife since you'll be away for the duration of your course. The ECO might wonder how both of you wanna leave a thriving business without a plan for that long.
It's not always the case though and it oftentimes depends on what you filled in your application.

1.yes hard copy of pictures on A4 sized paper, you can print multiple pictures on a page (coloured)
2. Your whatsApp chat can be printed through your email on A4 paper.

Documents missing from your list:

- Copy of the Tier 4 student’s current visa/BRP (front and back), (if applying separately).
- Letter from the university confirming Tier 4 student is currently enrolled, (if applying separately).
- Marriage certificate showing evidence of marriage where the dependant is a spouse (you do not need to submit this if applying for an extension of an existing Tier 4 dependant visa within the UK).
- Evidence of continuing relationship with your partner if you have lived apart for some time (if applying separately). You can evidence this via emails, phone/skype logs, plane tickets from visiting one another, family photos, covering letter laying out your position etc. (This is applicable if the main tier 4 applicant has gotten his/her Visa and gone to the UK without you, his dependent).

2. Your wedding invitation isn't required. Submit your wedding certificate instead.

Interview/Biometrics: 12th July 2018

Not Straightforward Mail: 30th July 2018

Wait till half grey hair(2nd interview): 31st August 2018

Another round of waiting till Full grey hair: 11th Sept 2018 (Got a call from DHL)

Passport Collection: 11th September 2018

No dispatch mail, nothing like 'decision made' on tls website. Just call from DHL straight.

Run from Standard application.

@kaad. Try Sterling bank or GTB. I used sterling - no charges, no restriction.
