You need to understand how all these issues started.This same Yusuf in the picture you posted started Book Haram as some form of sect agitating for some form of control.At that time it wasn't a violent sect.That is why he was with some people like Asari Dokubo in the picture you posted.Do you know even Obasanjo met with him?
