The first point is not true. I sleep by 9-10pm and I wake up by 3am in the morning. The question is not whether you sleep late or not, it is what do you do with your time while you are awake. Do you gist with your friends or watch soap operas all evening and quickly rush to do some important things at the dead of the night then come out to claim that you are hardworking because you sleep very late? That's not so smart.
However, you need to check what you do with your time when you are awake and more so, you should also have at least 3-5 hours of personal time that you spend building yourself and making plans for your future.
