Call customer service number to help you change your daughter's DS160 Confirmation number from their end, you can't do that one yourself, or you log into the portal and write them from your Dashboard using "Provide Feedback".

Dh is my sponsor DAT was d reason I decided to go with his own alone & d money in my acct is low bcuz I just ordered for goods. BIL was owing my DH, he called to pay so hubby decides he pays to d acct. he didn't ask any question neither was I ready to explain because I was seriously feeling dizzy & tired. So sorry about this. DH and DD can still go for theirs unless you are totally giving up and no longer interested in the U.S.....sis, you can immediately reapply and request for expedited appointment and may get a date before DH and DD' s.

Things to note....better to show the statement of account of the sponsor plus your own statement and avoid transfers...as you suspected maybe the lump sum transfer is the issue. Is DH the sponsor or brother in law? Will you be able to explain why money is from in law and not DH? Maybe also mention when asked about your income that you earn Bleep amount but "so so and so" sponsoring, they earn Bleep a month and also have their statement as proof.

My experience:

DH and I filled B2 cus our primary purpose for travelling is Child birth.

DH and I applied same time and were to be interviewed same time although I had to reschedule because my passport photo didn't upload and I was turned back.

DH was given his Visa before me.

DH used his distant uncle in another State as contact person and contact address NOT the hospital cus he's not the one birthing.

Some people here have applied together and gotten their visas, some didn't get.

Remember the most important things are:

1. You can show strong ties in Nigeria to prove that you will come back especially when applying and travelling together as a family.

2. You can show that you can afford to pay all your planned and unplanned (GOD forbid) bills and not touch their Medicaid.

Please ensure your daughter's photo is uploaded on her Form. You might need to start another application to do this if you have already submitted the one without the picture, then have the New Form linked to her interview date on your profile. This must be done at MOST three days before her interview. (Check my posts in part 5 to see how I did mine)

1) I think B2 is ok for DH.
2) DH should use your proposed accommodation as contact person (AirBnB, friend, family or other long stay apartment)....not the hospital...since he is not the one birthing
3) your daughter's photo needs to be uploaded on the DS160. I think this is now compulsory. Please do this or she may be turned back at interview.

You can all go together or he and your daughter can go after you have received your visa.

Its not my job or part of my responsibilities here to feed you with info, some of those companies mentioned in that post used to place an ad here then they stopped and started using members here to get clients for them.

A simply google search will give you list of accommodations close to the hospital you want to use.
