Obi did not present his Bachelors Degree.

The release from INEC clearly shows the type of degree of the other candidates as BSc, LLB, MSc etc.

Peter Obi's own was GCE Degree.

The UNN degree certificate later released by associates of Obi, did not have the INEC stamp like the Chicago State University certificate of Tinubu that was stamped by INEC.

The conclusion is that Obi refused to submit his UNN certificate to INEC to avoid legal issues, and only submitted it to the public.

Hence Peter Obi is contesting for the Presidency with GCE, Tinubu is contesting with BSc, while Atiku is contesting with MSc he recently acquired.
