No smoke without fire |
This is Rochakwankwaso part 2. Like Imo like Kano. At times you are tempted to agree that PDP and APC are brothers bearing different names. |
Surprised? No! Why? That is APC's way, it respects and obeys no law even their party's constitution is disrespected. |
Hawa Yinusa, the woman who leads a kidnap and robbery gang, has been arrested alongside her gang members Nura Dahiru and Buhari Hamisu. These bolded names caught my attention. Hope it is not what I am thinking especially when I saw the force PRO picture. |
It is good. It will served dual purposes for learning and village meetings. Sense no go kill me |
It is universally difficult to bring greedy and selfish people together in a group. APC leaders are selfish. |
Is he a lawyer? Yes. Is he qualified to represent Fayose? Yes. |
Buhari's attack dog over to you. |
Even if it is true, what can we do? Nothing, whatever you permit, will increase. When he was appointing his kin and kits into the heads of security, you all sai Baba him. |
We warned them and it is becoming clearer on who the true Buhari is. |
To use decree dey hungry Buhari. |
Thought they said Tinubu is a wise man? |
The panic is truly real |
HungerBAD:So he was using Edo state money when he was NLC president? |
Who still takes Festus serious? He is scared already. Two press releases within 24 hours over Atiku. |
The people they earlier nominated knew they were holding nomination in the interim. |
Another smart move. Though nobody is in doubt all along. |
Ọ ga o. So Osinbajo pikin served in her father's bedroom? |
Though very good combination but at this stage we need grassroots politicians like Atiku or Kwankwaso to dethrone Buhari. |
NickMarvey:You are right, ọmọ alágbára ló má ń yà ọ̀lẹ. Others (VP) were not known because we had active presidents unlike what we have now. Yet, still want to recontest and some intelligent people here are supporting him. |
It is a lie, probably they noticed that members are not excited about the convention and did not come Abuja. What is the need for a National Convention when we already know the winner? They have to shift the time to arrange crowds to fill the venue to beat PPD crowd. The real convention is at Port Harcourt. |
valentineuwakwe:If you are not born again you may not understand, I am a member of Marriage committee in my Church. You need to see where a brother trying to propose two ladies at a time, some already married, some after prayer and counsel, you will realize that you are not compatible , just imagine if you have introduced such a person to your parent. |
What mummy Adeboye said is deep, But people who aren't spiritual can't receive these truths from God's Spirit. It all sounds foolish to them and they can't understand it, for only those who are spiritual can understand what the Spirit means. 1 Cor 2:14. Even with spiritual counsel before marriage, the rate of divorce is still very high. Just imagine there was none. |
Lala lala lalayo, oúnjẹ tí de. |
Saraki will step down for Atiku. |
Here we go again. Empty barrel lo má ń pariwo. They said and threatened more on Sàràkí. |
This people will kill Tinubu untimely for calling him the Jagaban of universe. God said "my glory I will share with no man" "Instantly, an angel of the Lord struck Herod with a sickness, because he accepted the people's worship instead of giving the glory to God. So he was consumed with worms and died" Acts 12:23. |
I am not judging but Ambode did not handle the matter well. You may be in power today but cant be forever and that you are a governor a leader today has not made you a deputy God. All kings that insult God or His anointed usually end miserably. Nebuchadnezzar, Herod and Belshazzar to mention but few. Herod Instantly, an angel of the Lord struck Herod with a sickness, because he accepted the people's worship instead of giving the glory to God. So he was consumed with worms and died Acts 12:23. Belshazzar, Mene, mene, tekel, upharsin meaning numbered, numbered, weighed, divided: the miraculous writing on the wall interpreted by Daniel as foretelling the destruction of Belshazzar and his kingdom. Dan. 5:25–31. Nebuchadnezzar 28 All this happened to King Nebuchadnezzar. 29 Twelve months later, as the king was walking on the roof of the royal palace of Babylon, 30 he said, “Is not this the great Babylon I have built as the royal residence, by my mighty power and for the glory of my majesty?” 31 Even as the words were on his lips, a voice came from heaven, “This is what is decreed for you, King Nebuchadnezzar: Your royal authority has been taken from you. 32 You will be driven away from people and will live with the wild animals; you will eat grass like the ox. Seven times will pass by for you until you acknowledge that the Most High is sovereign over all kingdoms on earth and gives them to anyone he wishes.” 33 Immediately what had been said about Nebuchadnezzar was fulfilled. He was driven away from people and ate grass like the ox. His body was drenched with the dew of heaven until his hair grew like the feathers of an eagle and his nails like the claws of a bird. |
gidgiddy:Sorry Bro if you are offended by the post, my intention is to see how we can make this country great. Our fathers fought this same tribal war and this is how far they can lead us. Must we continue from where they stopped? Despite our hatred for each other, how far has it helped us? Until a time that the country is divided, this is the only country we have and we may still likely leave behind for our children. The irony of the whole thing is that we are only fighting mental wars especially with people we have never met and just assume they are not from our tribe. America is great today because of her diversity. Nigeria has the potential of being great if we rely on our natural diversity also. If I ask you now that what has any Yoruba, Igbo or Hausa man did to you personally to offend you, your answer is likely to be a rhetoric of what your fore-generation told you about them. I was born by a Yorùbá parents from Ogun State, married a beautiful lady from the East and served the Nation in the North, where I hold a chieftancy title, I have seen that No tribe is bad or preach evil, it is the individuals that are bad. Any bad trait you see in other tribes today are also available in your tribe too. Let us love not hate. |
Dear Seun, I joined Nairaland sometimes in 2007, about 11 years ago, and I think I am qualified to give this advice. The rate at which youth abuse themselves, their tribes, ethnicity, and religion is worrisome and if we continue like this, we may not have a country to continue to call our own anytime soon. My suggestion is that the moderators should ban any member that refer to anybody here as yeroba, ipobs etc or any other derogatory names that suggest insults to any particular tribe or people. You can unite and begin to heal the Nation in your own little way. Thank you. |
It is getting messy and messier |
