This life is not balanced. The true definition of "2face". |
Yoruba bọ̀ "Ènìyàn méjì kií pàdánù irọ́, tí ẹnì ti wọn ba n parọ́ fún kò bá mọ̀, ẹni tó ń parọ́ mọ̀ pé irọ́ lòun ń pa. (Two persons can not be unaware of an existence of a lie, if the person they lie to does not know, the lier will definitely know that what he is saying is a lie). On the book, Afe and/or Dele knows the truth. And you the defenders of either parties know that most of the things Dele alleged in his book are actually correct and the reality of our judiciary except that you lack the courage to call a spade a spade. We only murmur in our private spaces and hoping that thing will suddenly change miraculously. |
This is face saving message and I don't believe it. The guy made the post in the presence of other passengers who acknowledged and agreed with the post and the driver too was there. |
They may re arrest on another charges just to keep him locked up. |
This is very disrespectful. Naija politicians no rate us at all. He has not passed a class already buying for for the next class. |
I support the call for his release. The Attorney General can use his power of Nolle prosecui to discontinue the cases. He does not need to give the court any reason for doing that. The AG is a law unto himself. That is the path of peace, this is progress. |
On whose authority are the security chiefs meeting with the Emir and providing security for the return of the deposed Emir to the mini palace at Nassarawa? Continue to deceive your followers who you know that don't and can't think with their brains. |
Below was posted to a lawyer's forum on Facebook by a lawyer I NEED HELP! How do I handle this AMAC (Abuja Municipal Area Council) with their multiple and outrageous levies? So far, they have brought about 8 different demand notices to my client namely: 1. Public and Commercial place Conviniene - N200,000 2. Land Use Violation Charge - N2,500,000 3. Gasiou/Generator Emissions - N400,000 4. Radio/Television license - N200,000 5. Food and Water Handling - N511,000 6. Tenament rate valuation - N450,000 7. Operational Permit - N500,000 8. Sanitary Levy - N300,000 I was told that they are still bringing more. Dear colleagues, how do I handle these for a client? My client wants to pay the correct levies and to the approved authorities but these in our opinion are very outrageous. Where is the harmonized levies and taxes the FG is talking about? Who or how can we confirm the authenticity of these demand notices? Grateful in advance.

Ijaya123:I agree with you, Globacom is our own, in fact, the owner is from my state and an Ìjẹ̀bú man like me. I will still do everything to protect the brand even if I am not an Ìjẹ̀bú (Rẹ́mọ) son. Remember, just like Airpeace, glo introduced per second billing even when Mtn said it was not possible. I bought my line about N30,000, thank God for Glo that brought the price down to almost free. When we support indigenous businesses, we will all benefit and our country will be great for it. Let me ask you sir, àwọn wo l'ẹranko? Should I be older than you or should you be less than 50 yrs, then you should know who you are talking to at home. |
adrmelek, Ijaya123, ganisucks, FreeStuffsNG, legendhero you guys should read your comments above again and ask yourself if you make sense at all. Even mad people have sober moments. You should at least be wise for a moment even if it is for some seconds. Everything should not be looked from hatred lense. Airpeace is our own and we should protect and defend it from external attacks even if we have our personal misunderstandings at home. |
LegendHero:You are correct but the case can last forever between Court of Appeal and Supreme Court. The least adjournment I got from Court of Appeal Lagos division was a year plus interval. Supreme Court is already adjouning matters to 2026 and beyond. Bobrisky case was not handled well, the judge should not have imposed maximum sentence without fine option on a person that pleaded guilty. I earlier told my wife that nobody will plead guilty again, let the prosecution (EFCC) proofs her case. Cubana Chief Priest will loose nothing, even if he fails at Appeal, the worst is 6 months in prison upon conviction, before then let him breeeaaathhhhh. It is time to test the law. |
Chief Executive Officer of Air Peace, Dr Allen Onyema has revealed that when Air Peace returned from its maiden flight to London, some staff of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) tried all they could to force its aircraft to land at a rejected part of the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, MMIA Lagos, far from the port’s new terminal. Onyema noted that such action would have exposed passengers to difficulties, saying it would have taken them hours to get to the terminal building. Speaking on The Morning Show, an Arise TV programme, he said despite the fact that “C-23 at the new terminal was free for use, the officials chose to reserve it for a foreign carrier at the expense of an indigenous carrier. When our aircraft landed, thank God I was there because this thing had happened before. Let me excuse the leadership of FAAN, Mrs Olubunmi Kuku; and the Director of Air Operations, Captain Abdullahi Mahmood, both are doing fantastically well. “The wickedness in the system is stinking. The only indigenous carrier doing international air operations in Nigeria landed and it was kept somewhere in the bush, a disused side of the airport. They expect us to use rickety buses to take international passengers to the new terminal which the international airlines rejected when it was opened. “For those on that plane which landed yesterday, it would have taken about six hours for people to exit the airport. They put us near the Nigerian Aviation Handling Company, NAHCO, which is very far. And nobody is using that end. No aircraft, not even foreign or local. Meanwhile, C-23 at the new terminal was open for use. “When my captain called, he was told that it was reserved for a foreign airline at the expense of a Nigerian airline. Our aircraft, coming from London, was to be parked in one bush about two kilometres to our terminal. Can you imagine the time it would take us to take people from there to the terminal building? It would have taken about nine hours and Nigerians would have hated Air Peace because they wouldn’t know what brought about the situation. “There are internal conspiracies within Nigeria. Some Nigerians are praying that we fail, but the good thing is that nobody is God. Do you know what I did? I called my operations control centre, who could reach the pilot. I told him to tell the pilot to block the taxiway. It was when British Airways landed that they started making moves to tell us to go to where we rightly belong. BodyCount:When can the Court Order a DNA Test? Where a person is a minor (not an adult) and his paternity is in issue, the court can order the conduct of DNA test in the overall interest of the child, to ascertain where he belongs. See TONY ANOZIA V. MRS. PATRICIA OKWUNWA NNANI & IGNATIUS "NNANI" (2015) 8 NWLR (PT. 1461) 241 Who Can Apply for a Paternity Test in Nigeria? Notwithstanding that the right to ascertain paternity exists in Nigeria, it is important to understand that the process and conditions surrounding the application for a paternity test must adhere to established legal principles. In Nigeria, the following individuals can apply for a paternity test: 1. A Father: A man who doubts his biological relationship with a child can apply for a paternity test. 2. A Mother: A mother may also apply for a paternity test to establish the biological father of her child. 3. A Guardian or Custodian: In the paramount interest of a child, the child's guardian may apply to the Court to ascertain the paternity of the child. Mohbad's father is neither of the above. |
Nursepepeye:No ma, i am not. I have a mother, my father died about 50 years ago, probably before your parents were born. |
BodyCount:Your insults show how badly you were raised, I sincerely sympathize with, it is not your fault, you did not choose who raised you. Back to the issue, Mohbad's father does not have the right to question the paternity of a child his son did not reject before his death. We are not discussing sentiment hear but the child's right even if Wunmi is a prostitute. I hope this is not too hard for you to understand. |
Beverlyjean:She needs not prove anything for anybody. Assuming the child came after Mohbad's death, it would have been a different case, Mohdad's father or family can request for DNA test, but in this case, Mohbad named his son and did not question his paternity. No other person can question that afterwards. The child's right and dignity must be protected by the law even if he is a bastard. |
enemyofprogress:Probably too deep for you to understand. |
DNA for a child Mohbad himself did not reject or deny while alive? These people are not serious. Baba wan use elimination method to remove the child so as to inherit his son's property. This is unpresidential. Everything is not politic. Our president should show empathy even if his advisers are not telling him the truth |

kelvindj98:Let me explain the second to the last statements to you this way: TINU, TIKU, TOBI contested for class captain position where I was the class teacher. On the election day, I asked all the students to close their eyes and raised up ther hands to vote for the candidate of their choice. At the end of the count, TINU scored 20 votes TIKU scored 25 votes TOBI scored 35 votes. I thereafter asked the students to open their eyes and wrote the following results on the notice/class board. TINU total votes 40 (1st) TIKU total votes 25 (2nd) TOBI total votes 15 (3rd) Unknown to me, before the election and just before the students closed their eyes, Tobi opened his phone's camera to record the proceedings. I have also forgotten that there were CCTV cameras in the classroom. Tobi has watched and obtained copied of the videos. To the other members of the class, Tóbi came 3rd but in all truth and honesty, he was actually the winner, I actually removed some of his votes and added it to Tinu's votes. Tobi now said he won and will proof it before the school's management and board. To the simples and ignorants, it does not make sense for a boy that came 3rd to be claiming he won the election, does it? |
The plan is to tell the fake chairman to withdraw the Petition filed against Tinubu. |
