What court order is fresh Election to accommodate another political party which means APC can participate

Fresh election for only the candidates already screened to contest that particular election. You can't substitute, you can't conduct primary again as the time for that has passed.
However, since the court has earlier pronounced that APC is disqualified. For this particular election, that decision stands.

Asking PMB to sack the security Chiefs means you are expecting him to appoint new ones which may involve spreading it to other regions. Forget it, kàkà k'éku má jẹ sèsé.... It can not happen.

Lagos State Government has cancelled the 2018 land use charge and reverted to pre-2018 land use charges.

The Government announced this at an ongoing press briefing by Commissioner for Finance, Dr. Rabiu Olowo.

The government also waived penalties for land use charge for 2017, 2018 and 2019, which according to the Commissioner translates to a loss of revenue amounting to N5.6bn.

He is a loser. I voted in the election, I monitored the election results real-time online. The winner won with over half of the other contestants votes. (Akpata 9871, (Ajibade SAN 4326, and Adesina SAN 3982).
The real problem is that the junior lawyers voted against the SANs to install non San as the President of the Bar.
