This is one of the reasons there is insecurity in Nigeria. When FIVE policemen guards ONE Nigerian non-government official. EVEN Bill gates doesnt have policemen guarding him because he isnt a govt official. He hires security guards.This is what is obtainable in SERIOUS Countries, this isnt to hate on E-money AT ALL.I had a neighbor who had at least 10 policemen guarding his house while those officers could have been used to patrol and secure vulnerable areas. Most former IG's have always issued orders recalling officers from protecting no-goverment official but its always flaunted...yeye country!
