That aside, it is very important that we keep learning, we should not be dormant or rigid/firm. I'm also an android person, i have never used an iPhone in my life but it doesnt stop me from knowing the basic things about iPhone because it is my business. As a picker, you should get yourself familiarize with these things, learn and master them, it is very important because na wetin dey put food for your table.

Rules, rules, rules hmmmmm. You should know that everybody cannot follow rules everytime, even you, na every rule you dey follow? Maybe a phone is on the home screen or not, it is very important that you reset all phones at pick up point. If i told seller to put phone on the home screen and he doesnt do it, is it my fault? Or how will i know if he has put it there or not. Be flexible with your rules especially when you get to pick up locations, check the basics, reset phones and keep your customers updated. Its good to have target pick ups in a day but its worthy to make your customers happy per pick up because what is what doing is what doing well.

I remember when i had issues here about Panic Full and i had to refund Danny 400k or so, i later repaired the phone for 20K and sold it for 450K (thats an extra 30K). My experience from that issue made me seek for solution and i have made nothing less than 500k profit helping people to repair panic full cases. If i didnt take responsibility then, the 500k extra profit wont be in my pocket and people are still contacting me to help them fix panic full.

This shouldn’t be the case actually, he should maintain an excel sheet tracking payments carefully. You don’t expect people to start fetching E payment receipts for transactions that was consummated about 5 months ago.

Ok, I think this is where I just need to come 8n a little. Next time you make payment to Mike, since you always send him the e-receipt and "amount paid", always click on it (amount paid) on your WhatsApp and click the star button at the top menu of your WhatsApp, that will save the date and the amount you paid, so once he called for payment date, just go to the starred messages on you WhatsApp and copy it out for him. It make his work and your easier.

Remember to always do this every time you pay and at the point of sending to the receiver to confirm

My name is not here, of which I understand because you picked my both phones on March 19. But what I don’t understand is why are you putting May 1st shipment before other shipment that was made after 16th of March.

Possibly you need to read and try to understand if truly you're following up your items that he picked. There is no confusion there, the last shipment he tried to make before lock down was March 16th,which didn't eventually go. After that, anything he picked after March 16th and before or on 1st of May, goes with May 1st shipment, it's that simple na. Abi, which shipment are you talking about again

Why not buy Samsung phones in bulk like you buy iPhones? The OS is another thing altogether not to even speak of the parts; especially the screen.

Samsung in this clime has no market value. Their prices don’t hold for long. The rate at which their prices fall is alarming! How can one buy a phone for 150k today and then the next day the market value is 70k. Makes no sense.

Another thing is optimization. Apple has found a way to optimize their OS with their batteries. Charge an iPhone to 100%, leave it idle and charge a Samsung phone, see which will drop a charge first. In all, it’s in the little things.

Yeah! I got the sticky keys fixed temporarily by getting the no 4 key remapped to an unused key on the keyboard. The number 4 key was the problem all along. I'm considering using the laptop myself. Very thin and beautiful with a beautiful 3k display I've ever seen on a laptop, you wouldn't believe it's a gaming laptop for it's look, coming with a Nvidia GTX 970m. thanks for the pickup baba.
