Please I want to ask if anyone has successfully used fixed deposit certificate alone as proof of funds for SINP without showing account statement. I just want to be sure it is possible.

Wow. When last did you hear from them? What was your ADR? Mine was to explain sources of POF.

This is my case too, I am AOR March 19, they requested ADR June 1, I sent it June 6 and got AOR for ADR June 12th, no much update since then apart from background verification in progress. Sometimes I get super worried other times I just remain calm hoping and praying for the best. If you want, you can order GCMS notes to know exactly what stage they’re at. Personally, I have just decided to wait a bit more and I pray I get PPR pretty soon.

Saskatchewan doesn’t collect certificate of any kind. They only want money in the account.

I just withdrew about 700k from the amount that Day and returned it the following day but still They didn't consider it. The money most not leave the account for a second through out the 90 days

Pls I want to clarify, for instance you had a deposit of six months that just matured into your account can you submit SINP ITA?
Funds still in account, or is it better to fix back for another 90days and submit the two deposit certificates plus statement to show it was fixed from your account.

Note- No ITA yet , just asking if it’s advisable to fix back.

Good evening. You remember I told you I received SINP nomination even though the money didn't spend 90 days in my account? That it was around 65 or 70 days? Well they just mailed me that because the money was down to 5.2m just for a day pere I'm ineligible for their nomination

Good day... in my PR application I just got to know that the date I used on my employment history is a bit different from the date my employer issued.. for instance I put June 2018 in my work history, my employer put July 2018 in the reference letter... should I raise a webform to explain? Cos of Misrepresentation?

What do you mean by working VISA? You are setting yourself up for scam already. The possibility of getting a job offer in canada from outside Canada is almost impossible. Yes people say this and that but don't fall for it. If you know the process that's involved for a company or an establishment in canada will go through, documents to sign and panel to face for giving a job to someone outside the country.

Without adding him, i am not ‘compromised’ because he didnt put in my full name. He put in my First name and then his surname. These do not tie to my profile yet as it stands.

There was also no marriage certificate provided then, only marital status showing married and then spouse’s name and in this case, he provided my First name and his surname.

By coming clean please; do u mean me stating categorically in the LOE that he had indicated he was married for the second Visa Denial? Or just coming clean on him being denied visa previously .

I've carefully read your messages and responses but unfortunately no one made mention of something very important;
I believe you know that the moment you include your spouse post ITA, your CRS scores will.be recalculated with your spouse information and if the score doesn't give you the minimum score they used to give you ITA, you won't pass the eligibility.

Then about the wedding issue, LOE should do by explaining the first wedding your partner meant was traditional as long as he didn't provide information on court wedding. Canada will know every minute information he shared in his US VISA APPLICATION REJECTION, this I assure you.
Weigh your options, whether to go alone and invite him..it's all about sacrifice or go with him knowing fully well that your application will be scrutinize base on the US rejections and the misrepresentation as result of getting married twice. If found guilty, it's 5 to 10 years ban and even after the likelihood of your dream to canada might be up in the air. It's all about sacrifice and making a decision to live with.

I received the Invitation to submit an Application on the 19th of May for SINP, I have all my necessary documents except my proof of funds which has been in my account for 3weeks on that particular day I received the Invitation. 
On the 17th of July which will be the last day to submit my application will make it 80 days that my funds are in my account and not 90 days. I am left with the option of declining the offer and applying for another EOI or submitting my application like that. Still, I don't want to submit and receive an ineligible mail. I am seeking to know whether it's a strict requirement for it to be 90 days. Has anyone presented proof of fund that is not up to 90 days and passed? I heard of the option of going to the bank to backdate my POF, has anyone done this before and passed?

Do not backdate anything. That's fraud and you will be flagged and banned for 10 years.
I received SINP last year and I submitted pof of inconsistent monthly transactions with a 5m from sale of property 2 weeks to the submission. Nearly 2 months after they sent a mail that I was ineligible due to fund not meeting their requirements.
2 to 3 weeks after the mail I received another nomination from them and I waited till the last week of grace. Mind you, I still didn't have the money in the account for full 90 days but now it's roughly 60 to 75days. And I submission and yes it was accepted.
Do not tamper with your proof of fund ooo. They will know o na beg I beg you and don't decline it. Just wait till the last week or 2 days of grace and submit it.

I did submit a bank letter and a bank statement, both in one file with the bank letter as the first page. And no, the bank did not give 6 months average in the statement.

In your first application, did you submit 6 months account statement or a month account statement together with letter from the bank?

Yes you do but it is very slim...best is to get good scores in your IELTS.

Hi Everyone!

Please I need some help here.

About 4 days ago, I got a Refusal Letter in my application. The reason stated was that I did not upload some documents (Bank statement and Proof of Relationship with my wife) while I actually did.

I was first asked to upload on May 1 with a seven-day deadline. So, I uploaded on May 7 successfully. Then, on May 9, I got another letter which was a reminder to upload same documents with another seven-day deadline, stating that I did not upload as required the first time. I uploaded same documents again on May 12. And my application account reflects these uploads, though I did not get the usual email notification that they had received my documents.

After I got the Refusal Letter, I filled a webform to ask for reconsideration, attached the documents in the webform and called their customer care, they looked into it and sent me an Information letter just yesterday.

Now, the information letter stated that my application will not be reopened because I have insufficient funds from the bank statement I submitted when I do actually have sufficient funds. I'm applying with my wife as a dependant, and the present required funds for a family of 2 persons is 17,127 CAD which is equivalent to 5.8 million naira+ according to Oanda Currency Converter. I submitted a bank statement with a little over 6 million naira.

Though I've written them, I'm appalled by this second Refusal for a wrong reason.

Please, has anyone experienced this or does anyone have tips on how to get it resolved? I'd really appreciate all feedback I can get.

My first application to Saskatchewan after nomination I had a heavy amount transferred into my account few weeks before submission with LOE. They rejected it approximately 2 months after. Fortunately 2 weeks after I received another IV to apply from Saskatchewan and I waited 2 months before submission and since then they haven't gotten back to me,going to over 4 months now. So make of this what you think is right

100% certain it will. And pls be double sure of everything before applying.

On Wednesday when they did they draws, I got a notification in my email that there is a new update on my profile. I have not been able to access my profile since then. The error message has been "invalid session". I have cleared cache, used different browsers and network all to no avail. please people, who can I reach out to I the Ircc website. Or do they have a number I can call?.

Have you received ITA before?
If not then it's ITA if your score is within the range.
Have you submitted PR already? Then it's ghost update indicating your application just passed a stage.
Change your network. From mtn to glo or glo to mtn.

Good house. Pls is it possible or advisable for someone to submit the EE application without including upfront medical? Because there's no slots at IOM and Q life anytime soon. Since it's stated on EE site that if there's delay one can provide evidence of upfront medical appointment and submit.
Pls I need advice. And if it's possible, how will I send the result to IRCC since I won't be able to update my application details.
