1realBobby:No mind them . All those Ighalo fan boys. As if the guy was any good. If anything, the present crop of players we have now score a lot of goals. Scoring goals is not the problem as they've shown in most of their games. The problem is the incessant goals we conceed in every match . The problem is the defence and goalkeeping department. Even though we all knew about it, but it got worse when Balogun stopped getting game time for the eagles because he's the only real defensive leader we have at the back. Even Ekong best game as a super eagle is with Balogun. Lastly, Rohr shitty tactics also has a way of bringing out the worst in his players, when a good coach should always know his players and deploy tactics that will bring out their best while limiting their weaknesses |
Karlovich:After today I don't want to hear any Ndidi Slander again. Etebo tried his best in the role but he's a box to box, he's not a DM who can read and snuff out Danger. The only above average players we have is Ndidi and Osimhen , they both have the potential of growing to become world class in future You see the rest ehhm , they are overated with few of them showing brilliance once in a while |
timay:Said this before the match and u ended up being right. Rohr even had the chance to redeem himself after Balogun had a knock. Move Akpoguma to the CB or sub him out outrightly for a normal RB, Ebuehi preferably who can defend via it was obvious that Akpoguma has been struggling to hold position when the seria Leone started attacking . He only looked good in the first half because we were the one doing the attacking. Instead Rohr with his usual sh*tty substitution allowed him to play the whole game, thereby allowing us to conceed three of the goals from his wing. Musa should never have started. The mad man left Zaidu alone to do both attacking and defending while Musa left his wing and drifted to the middle, yet Rohr couldn't caution Musa |
Ndidi..... |
barackodam:Guys busting their asses in Europe week in week out dey bench, while a clubless guy that got released because he's shit for a Saudi club starts ![]() Na Rohr himself go spoil his own hardwork he built over the years with his own hands. I guess they want to look for a new club for Musa at the expense of the greater good of the overall team. Rohr is taking this thing too far by using competitive games for his nonsense background dealings Said this before the match and u ended up being right. Never believe any news about the government until they deny it ![]() |
odizeey:Lol . No mind them. Ronaldo that can hardly take on players this days. Na Pk baba dey use stat pad this days. The goals don dey reduce as well. Ronaldo is good no doubt but he's not what we need. |
KingAlabi:oh. sorry then. I didn't realize |
KingAlabi:Instead of you to investigate , you go just open mouth waaaa to just yarn anything that comes to your mind. Now let me educate you why he was not in the squad Yesterday. Man utd delayed him at the club to take a look at his shoulder to ascertain that the shoulder injury he sustained against Everton was not serious. He was cleared to join the England team by the club on Wednesday to join the England team on Thursday when it was confirmed that he was fine. H |
chrisooblog:It's football for you. Meanwhile Klopp still got sacked despite his past achievements in the club, just because he didn't do well on one season. So abeg make Una dead the Racism talk. The same Egbo guy will still get another Job in the same league or another European team because of his achievements so far. They won't see his colour, they will only see a good coach that was successful in his last Job and he'll still get hired agan. It's the nature of football management. Hiring and firing coaches is the order of the day. Pochetino entered Champions League final with Tottenham, the following season, he was massively underperforming, the team sacked him before season even enter half without considering his past achievement with the club. Heaven did not fall, nobody shouted racism because he wasn't a black man. Emotions don't run clubs. |
chrisooblog:And when Conte was sh*t the following season , what happened to him? Didn't ge get sacked too? The point is that other coaches have been sacked for way less, but nobody defended them because we all agreed that they didn't meet the club expectations. Nobody mentioned racism because they were not black. Now a black coach gets sacked for the same thing a lot of white coach gets sacked for on a regular basis, yet u carry your victim mentality to be shouting racism up and down. The same Sarri got sacked at Juve after a season despite winning the League, So what's the big deal in Egbo getting sacked despite winning league. |
chrisooblog:Sarri didn't do badly . He came third in the league, and Won an Europa League trophy, for a manager in his first season. Yet he still got sacked. I'm sure if Sarri was a black man, Una go still shout Racism. |
chrisooblog:But the team has been bad since the start of the new season. Lost about 5 games in 7 games played. Any serious team will sack such coach. If he like win treble the previous season, it's inconsequential in football management. Let's pretend that the team is Your favourite EPL team you support, I'm sure you will be advocating for the sack of the coach too, because you'll also believe that a team that won the league previous season shouldn't be struggling this bad. So no be everything be Racism abeg. The narrative is becoming nauseating and if we starting terming every single bleep racism, the real racism victims won't be taken serious anymore |
andrewbaba44:The only generational talents among them is Pulisic, Reyna and Dest. Although , Pulisic is fast becoming an Hospital staff player The remaining are as average as they come and are no different from our guys. Make una carry your USA go one side. And by the way let them qualify for world cup first before Una start making claims about how good they are because if 1 or two players. The last USA team that was respected and feared was the set of Donovan, Altidore and Dempsey, with their goal keeper Howard. Those ones are confirmed Above average who delivers for the team and they were very good. These ones Una dey brandish are just young average players who just transitioned to senior football less than 2-3 years ago. They are no different from our own young players who by the way, could still become something. There is still uncertainty about them the same way it is about us. Lemme add that most of these new guys are either Foreign trained or foreign born/dual nationality players. They were not developed by the USA football system. Most of them started their football academy and transition life in Europe. Not different from the FB we also chase all over Europe. So make Una rest. |
Icon79:60% of them are Bench warmers in those clubs. Stop being clever by half |
BascoVanVeli:Finally , I found people that also see the qualifiers zoning for age grade competition shitty and an attempt to stiffle West African countries. If other parts of Africa can't keep up with West African countries, may be they should invest more in their own football rather than engaging in shitty quota system policy. I'm sure if they could have their way for the Senior level, those idiots at CAF would have done it. But God pass them, West African countries will always dominate and present major representation in International scene. |
This one that I'm hearing about Ronaldo to Man utd next sure, e be like say Woodward wants to sell another shirt next year to recover from Corona Virus impact. Werey Man. I just tire for Woodward, I swear ![]() |
Subzero047:Oga , the guy is right The only argument about Messi in Argentina is on Who is greater between him and Maradona, of which most of them don't see him as greater than Maradona because of his world cup/ International trophy situation. But nobody in their damn mind calls a six time balloon d'Or overrated, including Argentine Like you had to bring up a bullshit point to justify your calling Ndidi overrated. Like WTF!!! |
BlueAngel444:I think he has personal issues. I heard the former Man city academy guy that committed suicide was his friend. Moreso, Ole is concerned about his mental health as a young player, that is why he's protecting him as much as possible. |
andrewbaba44:Thank God I'm not the only one that sees this pattern |
chuks404:You dey mind them. Rodgers that had to switch from his regular 4-1-4-1 to 3-4-3 to accommodate the defensive lapses because his main guys Ndidi and Perrera who can run and cover ground for hours on the pitch are unavailable , yet some people are talking overrated. Well I've learnt to ignore such arguments on this thread sha. Na Una wey dey engage them dey give them attention |
airmark:The Olosho part got me thinking that you don't even know why Grealish till today never blow beyond Aston Villa. He was an Olosho Veteran when he was younger. Why do you think most of the big clubs never took a chance on him when he was classed as a generational talent when he was younger ? Na because of lifestyle na. |
SyIvalord:Good thing Ole forced the LB signing. Seems he realised Shaw get plastic leg, and he doesn't want to rely on a make shift LB in william |
Expert17:He's a numbers guy. Straight to the point, no time for shaku shaku on the ball and be collecting awards for most dribbles completed and most fouled player because of too much ball hugging like some low budget English Okocha. Go for the result straight ![]() |
Icon4s:Even a dead clock is right twice a day. That a player is sh*t doesn't mean he won't have few moments of brilliance in their careers. So make Una spare us that one Man of the match in Uyo talks that you guys always bring up anytime we call the guy out. |
Odunayaw:A spoilt wall clock is also right twice a day. Even sh*t players sometimes spring man of the match performances once in a while. that doesn't remove the sh*tiness |
mekussa:Even though I'm not a frequent commenter here, but the points the guy made is not out of place and it's a logical prediction of how the Biden administration could look like for Nigeria. Democrats generally usually follow the same play book, and here we are talking about a potential administration who had also served as VP under an administration that was hostile to Nigeria arms procurement efforts. Instead of countering him with valid points and rational deductions , you resulted to name calling which is typical of people bereft of any intellectual contribution to a discourse . |
Spy360:But Wenger was steadily bringing good players from the lower tiers but you guys named him Baba ijebu. ![]() Wetin Una want sef |
Nikiballer:Na so Una dey make noise last season when we started like this. We all know how it ended. |
Segedinho:The fact that VAR didn't overturn it as a clear and obvious error makes it debatable. Meaning, it's 50-50. VAR only overturn clear and obvious error If the ref made an error, the VAr is there to guide. The last time I checked , the incidence was reviewed by VAR on that day. |
BlueAngel444:When the time comes for Una to pay the remaining Harvertz fee in add ons, make Una no pay up o. They will drag you to UEFA again and get transfer ban ![]() |
Segedinho:Stop being clever by half. He didn't specify currency . He only said 80m. And for your information. No one specifies add on in transfer fee. His transfer fee is the initial money the club' pays which is 55m euro or 47m pounds depending on conversion rate. Add ons that is achievable in Bruno deal is extra 10m euro. the remaining 15m go hard to achieve. If we are to go by your logic, Harvertz transfer fee costs 100m euro because that is the total package when we add add-ons. Meanwhile chelsea only paid an initial fee of about 80m euro without the add ons, that that is the price you guys like to quote, while cleverly avoiding the add on. But when it comes to other team's players you lump every thing together . Stay one place abeg |

with or without these guys, these goals would still be conceded..
Take time reason this one well
