We are now 6th in the league and have failed to make it to the RO16.

Nezzjnr: When Woodward wanted to sack Our previous coaches apart from Moyes
Didn't it come as a shocker?? All of them got sacked because they finished outside top 4. Nothing shocking about it. Ole will only get sacked if it becomes mathematically impossible for us to make top 4 during the season |

patrickmuf: If Ole stays until the end of the season, it'd expose the club's lack of ambition... The dude is not going anywhere. Na wetin dey pain me be that. The only way Ole will be sacked by the end of the season is if we don't qualify for champions League next season. Even if he mange to win any trophy and lose out on UCL football, they'll sack him. That has been the pattern since SAF left That is how we will be doing till another team snatch up someone like Nagelsmann |

handelex: Lmao What is this? Let's say Man utd learnt a lesson from Herrera and Lukaku leaving without replacement. That somehow affected us at the beginning of last season. It's the same reason Cavani was brought in to replace Ighalo that will be leaving in January , to prevent doing another panic buy of another Ighalo type of player in January |

TrebleChamp: Pogba and his agent are pained cos the club has so far refuse to offer him a new deal, and no club have really shown interest in signing him. United did not receive a single bid for Pogba during the transfer window, i don't see any club paying £100m for him so he will most like leave on a free transfer in 2022. If the club gets a bid of £70m above, they should cash in.. I'm telling you bro. The board probably think someone will come for Pogba in the transfer window, that was why VDB was bought early in the transfer window as replacement because Solksjaer never demanded for a midfielder , but alas, no bid came in for the so called main man |

Nezzjnr: Is this the same drama we'll be having with Raiola if the club decides to get Haaland??
BTW I heard Madrid and Barca aren't interested in some people's main man
First business deal in the next transfer window should be how the club will get rid of Pogba.... Just look at the ridicule he has subjected the club to. The way the guy and his agent embarrasses the club at every opportunity is now getting ridiculous. Even rival fans that usually troll us with it are no more finding it funny |

Lana1: If only Arteta had a creative midfielder like Bruno in his team.....oh wait!! To be clear, I'm not an Ole fan but people should give the guy credit when he's due. At least the Bruno we all claimed is keeping Ole in his Job was identified and brought in by Ole himself after he chased him over 2 transfer windows. Abi do we expect Ole to sign someone that will get him sacked before? I criticize Ole when the need Arises, but these blind criticism from some quarter of the fan just because they no like the man is getting nauseating and irritating to say the least |

Thank God Mourinho no win that game against Chelsea
Nobody for smell am again
See what Mourinho is doing with Tottenham
Can be say utd is cursed Nah , Man Utd is not cursed. He did it in his second season with us when we came 2nd. Our incessant draw was the reason why we fell behind. We were top position at a point during that season. At Tottenham , he's now in his 2nd season usual good run. Will he win the league? it's too early to determine. Let's see what happens |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by timay(m): 6:31pm On Dec 06, 2020 |
Trevor012: Just look at this one. That was because Kane was getting injured consistently for the past 1½ seasons, and based on the Sanchez problem that many Man utd fans even developed PTSD from, they don't want another Sanchez on high wage. So don't blame Us Note that the reasons most of us were giving was Injury and not that Martial was better. A fit Kane is devastating , but an injury prone player anywhere won't do the team any good. We thought Kane was becoming an injury player but we were wrong |

Reason being that a lot of our boys , past and present have torn that league apart with goals everywhere, but only few of them could do well when they left the place, so it's no Biggie to anybody. Even Osimhen with 20 goals in his first season, Rohr no take am serious until he started replicating same form in France, which Rohr rates highly |

I don't know if Ole is watching Declan Rice, but the guy is the perfect Matic replacement we might need in future. The guy has the composture of Matic as a lone DM we need , can tackle and with better passing than Fred or Mctominay. Also, he has the legs to run too.
E go pain me if Chelsea gets the guy. |

Ibime: Between Rice and Phillips, England finally have a DM for the first time in two decades. These guys are not even half as good as Michael Carrick Yet England couldn't do shit. Complemented with Two world class CM of Gerrard and Lampard getting into Top 5 balloon d'Or contestants in their prime, yet they were useless. The present generation are not half as good as the generation that had Gerrard , Lampard , Rooney Ashley Cole , Terry , Ferdinand, etc, who all are proven world class players compared to the average /hyped ones they presently have, but we're let down by shitty coaches hired by the FA. The present ones are going that route too with a rookie Southgate as manager, using them to learn work. |

afrodoc2: The recruitment over the last 2-3 years has been much better than in previous years. Now we are getting highly rated foreign talent as well as local British talent.
One thing we rarely consider though is physical ability. We tend to go for technical players alone while a club like Chelshit always considers size and speed as well. The bolded is the reason why Chelsea youth teams over the years are usually successful at age grade level, winning all the competitions because their players have the physicality over other young guys. But those players rarely transfer that success to senior team football because at that stage , you physicality can only get you to the door, but it won't take you through it over time because the playing field is leveled and their is no physicality advantage over others unlike youth level |

Inter Milan vs Shakhtar Donetsk. So why the confusion/argument? Or is the table not clear enough for you to understand it? What Real Madrid should avoid against Mönchengladbach is a draw/loss, they must have to win against Mönchengladbach to qualify. Apologies. I Just realised it |

Philosopher1979: HOW NIGERIAN LEAGUE CAN IMPROVE
The Nff and government should make it a law that no Nigerian footballer should leave Nigeria before the age of 28. Most of our best footballers go through football academies and leave without even playing in the nigerian league The few good ones in our league leave after a few years or even months.
Imagine if Victor Osimhen, Samuel Chukwueze, Obinna Nwobodo, Keneth Omeruo, Peter Etebo etc were in Enyimba They would win many international trophies in African football. This law should be in place for 15 years. Also our local clubs should patronize football academies for players. If there is a law players cant leave before 28, football academies will be forced to sell there players to Nigerian clubs and not European agents to make money
This measure should be put in place until our league can stand on its on. This is the most idiotic thing I've read in a long while |

Melvyn11: I have said it before Spain success without Messi shows that Barca team would have been as successful with or without Messi. Messi failures with Argentina even proves that further. Stick a world class goalscorer like Ronaldo in that barca team instead of Messi like Spain did with Villa /Torres and nothing would have changed. They would still dominate and win trophies. True Though. It's not a coincidence that once Xavi and Iniesta left, as well as Alves and a declining bosquest, Barca started declining despite Messi being available in the team. Those guys are the ones doing the Job while Messi gets the praise. Even though it doesn't take away how good Messi is, but he wasn't the one making the team tick. Despite every expensive idiots Barca bought after, they still couldn't come close to what those guys I mentioned did to maintain that quality |
