Not taking anything away from your argument but these rankings are from UEFA ...It just measures a club's wins and draws in Europe to coefficient points...Some people accept it, others don't but at the end of the day...It's really up to the individual....

The mistake you are making is looking at this from UEFAs point rankings.

You and I are just football fans who enjoy watching our teams win matches and lift trophies.

I'm guessing you are a Liverpool fan. As a fan, do you repeatedly go to UEFA website to update yourself on Liverpool's point coefficient after every European night or after every season to know where your team is ranked? Most probably, no. But I'm sure you look forward to see Liverpool reach UCL final and go on to win the trophy. And if Liverpool wins the trophy, you will be satisfied on the outcome of the season not minding where Liverpool is ranked in UEFA coefficient.

I'm saying all these because of the reply you gave below in the screenshot. You honestly know within yourself that, as a fan, you are not entirely honest with that answer.

In Europe, the average Man City have have 0 trophy to celebrate. But the average Chelsea fan have 2 trophies to celebrate in the last 5 years.
