airmark: He has players that could do it as they are still young like what he had at Dortmund.
My major problem is we don't have an effective striker to make all these efforts count and we need to ship some players out if possible this January. If CHO continue performing, does it mean James will become bench warmer? Giroud was too anonymous. |

Griffon: I was going to ask you what's up after the game. MOTM by many miles. He did very well. MOTM for me too. But his attacking threat is more dangerous from the left wing. |

airmark: Not a bad game, i like how our players pressed to recover the ball after losing it.
I believe Tuchel should now be familiar with players that should start in our next match.
Havertz should be loaned back to burnthisleaguedown, while Giroud may be useless in this setup. The question is, how long can they sustain the intensity of this press? Quarter season? Half season? Full season? Did TT experiment with 3-4-3 or has the formation come to stay? TT is known as a 4-3-3 coach right from his Mainz days. I don't understand the 3 at the back today. Only time will tell. Let's watch and see. |

Griffon: Maybe because we haven't seen him get involved in so much defensive duties, such as tackling and showing a sound positional awareness. Remember no one gave Victor Moses and Ashley Young a chance at that position until they claimed the spot and made it theirs.
Tactical innovations are bound to happen. He has impressed me so far this 1st half. And Ziyech and Havertz are playing just behind Giroud. It's more 3-4-2-1... |

Griffon: That formation looks pretty much like a 4-2-4 to me. 4-2-3-1 Havertz in the hole. |

It's official. I hate to see Lamps go, but the board feels TT is the way to go now. As a Chelsea fan, I throw my full support behind TT. Wish Lamps all the best in his career, except of course when/if he is playing against us |

Ibime: Wetin be Obi Nkume?
Well I said it here that Havertz wasn't a Lampard signing having read a detailed report into his transfer. As usual the board sign players that don't fit into the need of the team and ask the manager to gel them no matter how haphazard the collection is. You want to play a lazy AM but have no solid defensive midfield to carry him. This once again is the board chasing after their bad transfer decisions, same way they did with Torres.
As per transfers, I only blame Lampard for being blind to Hojberg since Declan Rice was out of reach. That was first name on my mind all summer. Literally, stone heart. Meaning to take the news with a strong heart, like a man. |

And Tammy gave him the perfect goodbye.... #Hattrick |

airmark: [s]Remind me the last time Liverpool lost an Epl match at Anfield with VVD on the pitch?
Now your Alisson, the keeper of the world couldn't keep the unbeaten run and Matip, the clearing and forwarding defender, couldn't clear the mess at Anfield.
In fact, Matip turned to a keeper handling the ball with his hand like Boathand. Shame on you. [/s] No need for shalaye. Mention me when Alisson concede 7 goals or more to a relegation team. |
