Glasner would do a better job than Enzo Maresca at Chelsea if he approaches the job the same way he is currently doing at crystal palace and trust me,the big team factor will count for him by eventually winning big.

Difference is clear as daylight when you watch crystal palace and Chelsea play. The former team don't just pass the ball for the sake of it,they do it with purpose and try to achieve something,while also creating an identity.

Ours is contrary, we just pass for the sake of it and when our opponents block the passing lane we resorts to passing back and sideways,while hoping on some defensive mistakes and individual brilliance from any of players to either create or score goal.
