Did anyone see KDB's long range effort that Begovic couldn't keep?

I wasn't impressed by that goalkeeping one bit.

Even Dzeko's goal. Courtios positioning was questionable when the looping header went in. Reminds me of PSG's two headed goals in UCL last season.

He was sent on loan 11 times till last season where he played a full season for reading and was said to be impressive.

I am not in anyway 100 percent defending the transfer but i can understand it. None of our academy defenders have more loan experience and is english, bar Chalobah who has been made a Defensive Midfielder so far. He might come in handy in the near future.

I hope he does come handy in the future. The number of our loaned players can make two more Chelsea squads!

BTW, I got that squad list from the 'official' full list of all 32 teams to feature in this season's UCL according to goal.com

Going through our official website, I haven't seen any squad list yet. So it might just be that goal.com's list isn't 'official' after all.

If there's one man who can afford an extremely rare, extremely expensive car, it's Floyd Mayweather.

Mayweather posted a picture of his new ride to Instagram on Sunday, boasting that it cost him $4.8 million.

It is a Koenigsegg CCXR Trevita supercar, which, according to Mayweather'scaption, is one of only two of its kind in the world.

Koenigsegg is "an ultra boutique automobile manufacturer for the super rich", the boxer writes.

The word Trevita is Swedish for "three whites", referring to the car's unique coating solution.

Mayweather said it is actually beyond the classification of a supercar and is considered a "hypercar."

The Trevita can go from zero to 60 miles per hour in 2.8 seconds, with a top speed of 254 mph.

Official: Chelsea sign Michael Hector from Reading.

Chelsea Football Club have today completed the signing of Michael Hector from Reading.

The 23-year-old centre-back, who has signed a five-year-contract, will return to Reading and spend the remainder of this season on loan at the Madejski Stadium.

Hector, from London and a boyhood Chelsea supporter, began his career in the youth team at Millwall and moved to the Reading academy in 2009.

Having continued his development and gained crucial experience of first-team football out on loan, Hector made his Reading debut in January 2014 at the age of 21.

Last season, under the guidance of former Chelsea player and coach Steve Clarke, Hector established himself as a hugely important member of the Reading defence, making 49 appearances in all competitions and scoring three goals.

He also played the full 120 minutes of Reading's FA Cup semi-final defeat against Arsenal at Wembley. Hector, who captained Reading for the first time last week, has represented Jamaica at international level and started all three of their matches at this summer’s Copa America.
