PoliticsRe: 2027: Shekarau To Rejoin APC, Holds Closed-Door Meetings With Tinubu, Yusuf by TimeManager(m): 2:20pm On Apr 07
All the big fishes are aligning in Kano, those who Kwankwaso had stepped on their toes are coming back together. It's interesting how those who has ambition are stepping it down for the Governor thereby going into the election in one house. Virtually all APC states are going into the election in one house.

Young man, are you the same as Putindbutt?
It looks like it, so I will engage you.
Please read my question again before answering, I did not say Amupitan nor Mahmood nor Jega nor Iwu, the word here is INEC.

Why did INEC put up David Mark's name in the first place on their website as ADC chairman?
Which criteria did they use knowing all they knew since July 2025?
The fact that I responded to your question shouldn't make you think that low ascribing to someone else, this is a public forum.
I already gave my opinion in my comments. Mahmood Yakubu should not have rushed to recognize David Mark just a few days to his retirement. He was there all along and never recognized him.

Good points though but afterall said and done, could you explain to me on what basis did INEC put up David Mark's name as ADC chairman in the 1st place?
Mahmood Yakubu should take part of the blame, he did not recognize David Mark until a week or less than two weeks he was about to retire as INEC Chair. Why did he rush to recognize David Mark just a few days to his retirement?. Just to tie the hands of the new INEC Chairman.

PoliticsRe: 'Naive, Reckless' - Kayode Oladele Faults Obi's Comments On Abacha by TimeManager(m): 4:09pm On Apr 05
A very reckless statement, Peter Obi has always been reckless. Sometimes, it's outright lies and falsehoods.

We must not allow careless remarks to distort history or undermine the progress we have made.”

He urged political leaders to focus on providing solutions to national challenges rather than engaging in what he termed revisionist narratives
Here's the key points, in other to score cheap political points and give his supporters something to keep chewing for relevance, he throws caution to the wind.

Only those who did not watch the media chat will buy into this shenanigans from a few mischievous Nigerian media.

PoliticsRe: ‘don’t Vote For Me’: Obi Uses Tinubu’s Words Against Him As Power Crisis Worsens by TimeManager(m): 1:59pm On Apr 04
Putindbutt:
This fraud of Abacha boy should go and sit down. Tinubu has decentralized power and signed electricity bill into law.

Let the fraud go meet his state Governor to implement the law. Some states are already domesticating their electricity regulatory board.

This fraud will never become President of our dear country Nigeria.
How can this fact fly over Peter Obi's head?. A former Governor for that matter. We heard Alex Otti boasting of taking Abia off the national gride and is ready to provide 24/7 power to his state, which is being made possible by the significance of the electricity law signed by the President.
Peter Obi should rather be calling on state Governors to follow suit rather than showcasing his high level of ignorance.
Whenever this man opens his mouth, I feel so much worried for him.

PoliticsRe: ADC, LP, SDP Members Defect To NDC by TimeManager(m): 12:44pm On Apr 04
Among those who joined her were suspended ADC Chairman of AMAC, Omale Sule; former FCT ADC Women Leader, Princess Gladys Ngozi; ex-ADC Chairman of Kuje Area Council, Godwin Onoya; former Deputy ADC Chairman, Yusuf Adam; and ex-FCT Youth Leader, Aliyu Umar.
It seems like many people on social media are not aware of what's going on in ADC. Lots of the original members of the party were either suspended or pushed out of the party by those who have come in to hijack the party.
From wards to local government and state level, Atiku and his gang pushed the original members out of their positions and in place, appointed their own loyalists into those positions. Some of them have resigned due to anger and frustration.
Members like Kachikwu, Nafiu Bala, Hon. Leke Abejide & co are the very few ones with the resources to fight dirty against the old political horses who have invaded the party. The rest of the members who are the small cats who have been forced aside could either comply or look elsewhere.
Lots of these small cats are behind Nafiu Bala taking back their party.

idrismodel:
I love the question that Gbenga Aruleba ask Wike that how come he knows the every court details of ADC if no that Wike was part of those that planned everything
And he clearly gave an answer, it's not a rocket science. When any matter is in court, it has become a public matter. You can go request for the case file, the motion raised, the judgement, etc read and study them. Which is the best way to keep yourself abreast of issues rather than sit on your keyboard talking ignorantly without having no idea what you talking about.
People who does not care to read up on public documents often rely on popular opinions from others or bandwagons. Those are the people who have surrendered their reasonings to others to do the thinking for them.
And that applies to journalists as well who sits behind the microphone talking ignorantly without doing proper findings.

How would the gulf states be feeling right now?. Like these are Arab countries that have subjected themselves under the illusion that the US is the all-in-all to protect them. How would they feel seeing Iran slapping the US everywhere?. More Interesting is some European countries denying the US the use of their airspace.. something that ordinarily would have been unimaginable.
Interesting times ahead.

“If I don’t keep the promise and I come for a second time, don’t vote for me. Unless I give you adequate reasons why I couldn’t deliver.”
The best thing that could ever happen to the power sector is the President signing the electricity law. Which means, your State Governor is constitutionally bound to provide power for you. Shouting the President's name is a sign of an ignorant citizen.

The excesses from the removed subsidy can be channelled here. If they take loan to fix this and pay over the years, we won't complain.
But they just take loan and use grammar to cover up. Stop making $20bn sound like am impossible amount. Dangote, a private firm, used around that to build refinery.
The subsidy removal is now going straight into the pockets of your State Governors, with increased allocations, they can provide you with electricity as it is constitutional.
Dangote on the other hand took $20b loan to build his refinery with the CBN granting him cheaper access to dollars. If the FG applied for a $20billion loan, you will be the first to open mouth and cry blue murder.

Tell tinubu to first fix the electricity that has deteriorated woefully under his watch
Electricity problems that OBJ, YARADUA, GEJ, BUHARI couldn't solve in 24years, you want it solved in 4years of Tinubu?. You arm chair critics.
First of, the issue with power recently is about legacy debts to GenCos in the name of gas shortage. They are not supplying enough gas to power thermals because they needed their money.
Secondly, Nigeria needs no less than $20billion to overhaul the old, decrepit and obsolete power structure in Nigeria. And that's far bigger than your annual budget.
And lastly, Electricity has been decentralized, you can as well hold your state Governor to provide you stable power. Enough of barking at the wrong tree.

PoliticsRe: Tinubu Approves Two New Satellites As Nigeria Pushes Deeper Into Space Economy by TimeManager(m):
Bro, in the end, people will come to appreciate President Tinubu. This is a man that's retooling the system, clearing the mess, recalibrating the institutions and rather than patching up the wound, he prefers surgical amending albeit how painful.
Our current satellite is old and outdated, incapable of gathering a robust ISR for actionable intelligence. Launching two new up-to-date satellites will definitely improve the country's technological capabilities.
When a President came in and pay off the legacy debts of the foreign airlines, pay off IMF outstanding loans, settling NNPC legacy debts, settling legacy debts in the electricity sector, resolved decades-long disputes in OPL 245, resolved decades-long Ogoni disputes, reforming NIGCOMSAT deficiencies into a modern component. And many more he has been able to resolve in three years. Such a man deserves commendations that even his critics who are presently ignorant would later appreciate him for.

Stop being clever by half.

NNPP has never been sacrosanct for Kwankwoso's political family.

The kwankwasiya movement has always been sacrosanct.

It was never about Abba Yusuf leaving NNPP, it was about him leaving the Kwankwasiya.

You cannot pledge loyalty to Tinubu over Kwonkwoso and then still claim to be in the Kwankwasiya.

Yusuf's disciples should rest, the betrayal is not about leaving NNPP, it's about leaving the man who made you governor from obscurity and going to lick Tinubu's feet.
Did Gov Yusuf and his supporters leave Kwankwasiyya?, did they drop the red cap or drop the ideology?. Being in APC, has he dropped the red cap?.

Kwankwaso was going to deny him a second term ticket, things had been very fristy between them for a long time but the Governor was keeping it under wraps. As soon as APC came knocking and promised him a second term, he had to leave. Kwankwaso unreasonable demands prevented APC from going ahead with him.

Kwankwaso was not the founder of NNPP, he only used it as an SUV for his Presidential ambition in 2023. But after the election, he tried hijacking the party, created a faction of the party and then went ahead to create a new logo for the party against the party's BoT approval.
He was later expelled from the party by the founder and original members of the party. Which was why he was window shopping for another party as a VP candidate.

After diverting the missiles defense systems in South Korea to the middle east, Iran destroyed all of them. Now, it Ukraine's turn to get burnt at a time Putin is lurking around like a roaring lion.
Zelensky has been crying Trump had told him that he could not guarantee their security if he does not give up the control of Donbass to Russia. Ukraine has been neglected since the start of the middle east war and it's about getting even worse.
Unfortunately, those cheering on both Trump and Nentayahu are based off on social media deceits Trump is throwing at them through his handle. While the US are not only bleeding in both military personnels and weapons but also bleeding financially. These weapons are worth billions of dollars.
