Being my top priority, among other massive road projects. This particular road project, alongside Zaria-Gusau-Sokoto road, Lagos-Calabar, Abuja-Keffi-Nassarawa, Sokoto-Badagry, Enugu-Abakaliki-Ogoja. With constructions going on simultaneously, there's no doubt that truly there's renewed hope. With everything I've got, I'm putting every dime to make sure this Administration is returned to complete these projects. Nigerians have suffered enough with several abandoned roads reducing the lifespan of an average Nigerian on a daily basis. Therefore no evil forces must stop this progress.

To inform you properly, it was because of the Governor's defection that Ganduje returned from abroad last month to conclude the arrangement with the Governor pending when the President would arrive ( the President was in UAE at the time). And as I speak, Governor Yusuf has sacked his Special Adviser on Political matters who is loyal to Kwankwaso and has replaced him with Ganduje's boy. This is the latest development in Kano right now. Ganduje is gradually having his footprint within the Government of Kano State.

In other news, Jagora Kwankwaso has kicked off his campaign against Tinubu in Kano. Tinubu may not get half the votes he got in Kano in 2023, if Kwankwaso maintains this betrayal narrative.

Bro, wake up, Kwankwaso is clowning 🤡. Who commemorated his own defection when he was Governor of Kano?. He himself is ready to dump NNPP to another party that would offer him a VP slot, so why being mad at others who have dumped NNPP?. As a matter of fact, dumping NNPP does not necessarily mean dumping Kwankwansiyya.

A former Governor of Kano, Shekarau has this to say

“I listened to some of my brother Kwankwaso’s remarks. To me, Kwankwaso has either forgotten what happened in the past or he thought people have forgotten,” Shekarau said.

He recalled that Kwankwaso defected from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the All Progressives Congress (APC) during his tenure as Kano State governor without vacating the governorship seat.

“When he was in PDP, he left with the governorship seat to APC. Why didn’t he drop it for PDP? The way he took PDP’s seat to APC is likely the same way Abba will take the NNPP seat to APC,” he added.

“In life, one chooses for himself. If you have tangible reasons and the people you are with are okay with it, that is all,” he said.

He concluded that Governor Yusuf should be allowed to make his choice without being demonised, noting that Kwankwaso himself had defected severally — from the PDP to APC, back to PDP, and later to the NNPP.

However, the non-career nominees from Kebbi were not listed among the confirmed names.

Why?, What happened?. Why were career nominees from Kebbi state all confirmed by the Senate while all non-career nominees from the same state were not in the final Senate list?.

PUNCH Online reports that Nigeria’s purchase of 12 AH-1Z attack helicopters was first approved by the United States government in April 2022...

According to Military Africa, the formal production and delivery contract for the 12 AH-1Z helicopters, valued at $455 million, was awarded to Bell Textron on 12 March 2024 by the U.S. Department of Defence.

Since 2022 when Nigerian Government had indicated interest in the purchase of these equipments, till it was awarded in 2024 till 2026, these military equipments are yet to be delivered. As a matter of fact, the two countries are still sitting on a round table trying to fast-track the delivery. This is ridiculous especially on the side of the US. Imagine the level of carnage those terrorists have done in four years while we waiting for these equipments that had already been paid for to be delivered. YET we're very quick to blame the Government and the military as if the military would load empty helicopters with firecrackers to go fight the terrorists. Imagine what additional 12 attack helicopters would have done in 4years.
Trump should go beyonvd the barking and fast-track the delivery of our equipments as soon as now.
