Yes, it came back negative The white stuff on my tongue has reduced. The itching and tingling on my genital has stopped. My body is itching with no rash. But I'm still worried.

About 9 months ago I had all the typical ARS symptoms in the book after an exposure . I mean all of it. Which most of it stopped after about some months. But write now from the last test I did my WBC was 4.9( this has been dropping rapidly since my exposure) and from whats on the result it should be from 4.8- 10.
As it stands I do have multiple sores inside my mouth and on my gum most times. Rashes on my whole body from time to time.
I have done vdrl, hepetitis a-C, hiv even did a PCR(undetected), and a host of other test.
Like I said I had the typical ars symptoms and it still scares me as I still have oral thrush(doctor diagnosed this and gave me drugs for it yet no improvement) I do have these rashes every now and then too. I still have my nodes in neck swollen( saw this when I was having the ars symptoms) and from the test I did. It shows my nodes range is higher than normal.
What could be the cause and are there diseases which imitates HIV or could it be HIV but yet test isn’t picking it yet.

About a year ago, I had a "supposed" exposure to HIV. I had all the symptoms you can think of. I still have some of them till this moment ( recurring mouth ulcers, blurry vision, dizziness and swollen lymph nodes). I tested outside the recommended 6 months periods and it came out negative. The lady i had sex with tested negative also severally. I've been falling sick more after the exposure, so much for someone who rarely get sick. I noticed I had an infection which started with few, 3 or 4 purple bumps on my arms and headache the following morning. Then pain while urinating, with frequent urination, itchy and tingling inside out of my penis. During this period, I took so much antibiotics with no effect.

First let me say this, I started with Amoksiklav 1000mg 1 sachet. With no relief, I went for Amoxicillin 1000mg and finished all 2 sachets, with no changes too (I was already having diarrhea due to the antibiotics before I finished the Amoxicillin). Then I went to a hospital and told them my symptoms, they gave me another antibiotics Ciprofloxacin 500mg, I finished it without changes too. Later, I had fever which concentrated on my inner thighs/genital area and torso and chills which I think may have been caused by pyelonephritis (I may be wrong). After then, that was when the frequent urination stopped. (Also, I used to take antibiotics usually just from fear of infection. So I'm thinking my system has built resistance for it).

Now, my first issue is with the white tongue, which I read that it takes long time before it clears up. I've stopped taking antibiotics since mid April, but until now, the white tongue keeps coming up. Please bear in mind that I've not taken any antifungal medication because I expect it to clear naturally.

The second issue is that, I noticed, these days, my urine is dark and sometimes, like bright yellow and foamy with urinating every 3-4 hours interval. I know this has to do with kidney and/or bladder. And I drink a lot of water. I stopped taking alcohol ever since the infection. And sometimes, my penis still itches and tingles.

What infection can this be? It seems so stubborn. House, please kindly help me.
